Having happily rented cars from SIXT in the US, I was delighted that they offer a ride service. Our cruise concierge booked a ride for us to our hotel in Paris, and I used my app to book a ride to the airport. I was very happy with both.

My only suggestion is that they add an option for 2 passengers and 4 pieces of luggage. Our airport driver was surprised that we were only 2 as we had to book 6 passengers and 4 pieces of luggage. The cruise line probably booked the 3 passengers, 2 pieces of luggage and we just fit. We didn’t want to take a chance on our airport ride.

Both drivers were professional, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this service.

Unsere Abholung am JFK hat gut geklappt, obwohl die Fahrer aktuell wegen der Bauarbeiten nicht ins Terminal kommen können. Wir haben praktisch schon kurz nach der Landung eine WhatsApp erhalten und unseren Pickup Point abgestimmt. Die Fahrt war sehr komfortabel, Wasser und Kaugummis inklusive :-)
Sehr guter Service und mit dem Amex-Ride-Guthaben auch etwas erschwinglicher als üblich.

I booked an airport transport to Munich airport for a private holiday. It was an excellent experience - transport arrived ahead of time, the car was spacious and clean, the driver was very friendly. And the costs were lower than a normal taxi. Will use them definitely next time again.

Ich habe den Limousinenservice zum Flughafen ausprobiert und bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Der sogenannte „Six Limousine Service“ ist eine sehr bequeme und stressfreie Alternative zum eigenen Auto.

Gerade das Thema Flughafenparken kann man damit komplett vergessen – keine Parkplatzsuche, keine hohen Gebühren für eine Woche Parken. Stattdessen wird man direkt von zu Hause abgeholt und entspannt zum Flughafen gebracht.

Besonders praktisch fand ich, dass man den Service auch problemlos mit Kindern nutzen kann. Es war genug Platz vorhanden, die Fahrt war komfortabel und ruhig, was die Anreise deutlich angenehmer macht.

Preislich lohnt sich das Ganze ebenfalls: Wenn man die Kosten für eine Woche Parken am Flughafen vergleicht, ist der Limousinenservice oft sogar günstiger.

Fazit: Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die stressfrei, komfortabel und ohne Parkplatzsorgen zum Flughafen kommen möchten.

Worst service ever! This is the worst time experience ever we had of travelling in many years. SIXT Ride has been ordered from Booking.com to drive us to our hotel in Munich centrum. We arrived at the airport of Munich at 10PM, we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 3 years old). We met the driver but seems very dissapointed when he saw my 2 kids. He told me this is Germany! Why didnt he get any information about my 2 kids. He told me that he doesnt have the carsits for mye kids. He called to his boss/company to tell them the problem. I told them this is not my problem, when i ordered flight and hotel in Munich, the information was on that 2 adults and 2 kids! I spoke to the company that they would not help. I have to rebook a new car! And the time was 10PM! Should we wait a new car in 1-2 hours?? But the only problem was they didnt have 2 carsits!! Why not let somebody to bring the carsits to the airport or loan from somebody? They just rejected and the customer service was so rude and unhelpful! Suddenly the driver just vanished without saying anything! I will remember this company! Trust me!

I have used Sixt ride for years in several countries and they are always excellent. My experience in Spain did not disappoint. Excellent professional driver, vehicle and dependable on time service.

Very satisfied with the service. On the way to the Airport the car was super, on the way back…. I would have appreciated a more sophisticated car (leather seats etc…). So was not as pleasant as the other one. Considering the costs…
