SIXT ride Opiniões 

According to the SIXT ride app, a specific car and driver were assigned to my booking. I spoke with the driver prior to pickup, and he told me he was already arriving. However, when the car arrived, there were already other people sitting inside it. Instead of providing the service, he handed me over to a completely different, unknown driver operating a car that was never listed in the app.
​The vehicle was beat-up and shabby — the kind of car more suited for ferrying factory workers to a plant, certainly not a "premium service" as the company positions itself.
​To top it off, customer support has been ignoring my complaints for nearly a month, only sending automated form letters. Completely disappointing experience.

The feature on keying in arrival flight number is useless. It automatically tagged the pick-up time exactly with the actual landing time - giving you a 45 mins window to clear immigration and customs. This is near impossible task in major German airports for non-EU passengers. It just happened to me yesterday in Hamburg airport (I took 1:30hrs to exit the airport despite landing 15 mins earlier).
When the assigned driver has other commitments, the service call center will contact you without any alternatives.
Please take note and key your preferred timing instead of keying in your flight number.

They Show and charge different prices.
Be careful, we used it in Shanghai for airport Transfer and it was 29$ and we also received the confirmation Email with confirming the 29$. But After the ride they charged us 41$. We dont know why and we cannot reach anyone from sixt.
And apart from this what was also negative:
- collecting Point was shown in the app but it was completely wrong.
- there is now comunication with the driver via chst possible

Happy with experience. Driver was ready to pick us up from Istanbul airport and drop us off at the hotel. Polite and friendly driver. Driving safely

2x gebucht und beide Male sind die Fahrer absichtlich erst nach 15min gekommen und haben jedoch vorher angegeben, dass sie den Abholort erreicht haben, um so für uns kostenpflichtige Wartegebühren zu generieren. Sixt gibt den Fahrern hier eine Möglichkeit für geplanten Betrug. Jetzt haben wir das Theater mit Visa und Sixt reagiert nicht.. überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!

I have been using Sixt rides for seven years whenever I travel in Europe. The pool of drivers they use are always professional and the cars are always clean. I mostly use the service for pick-up from and drop-off at airports and train stations, which are very time sensitive. The drivers always show up on-time and speak English. I could not ask for better service.

Very good experience. Appreciate the flexibility when flights changed and willingness to accommodate. Driver was excellent.

my credit card was hacked and I was charged for at least half a dozen SIXT rides from Berlin while I was in Miami ...please look into this terrible situation

SixtRide funkoniert super einfach beim Buchen.
die Fahrer sind imme zuverlässig und pünktlich.
Man wird immer korrekt über den Fahrer und das Fahrzeug informiert und ab 30 min vor Abholung kann man immer sehen wo der Fahrer sich befindet.
Nur positive Erfahrung gemacht.

Meine persönliche Erfahrung mit Sixt Ride war leider äußerst enttäuschend.

Nach der Landung am Flughafen musste ich zunächst etwa eine Stunde auf den Transfer warten. Während dieser Zeit war weder der Fahrer noch der Kundenservice für mich erreichbar. Anschließend wurde ich nicht – wie ursprünglich vorgesehen – mit dem angekündigten Fahrer bzw. Fahrzeug abgeholt, sondern von einem anderen Fahrer in einem anderen Fahrzeug transportiert. Aufgrund der fehlenden Erreichbarkeit und der kurzfristigen Änderung hatte ich dabei erhebliche Bedenken hinsichtlich der Organisation und meines persönlichen Sicherheitsgefühls.

Auch der anschließende Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice hat meinen Eindruck leider nicht verbessert. Auf meine aus meiner Sicht sachlich und konstruktiv vorgetragene Beschwerde empfand ich den Umgang als unfreundlich und wenig kundenorientiert. Hinzu kamen für mich lange Wartezeiten in der telefonischen Warteschleife.

Insgesamt entspricht diese Erfahrung in keiner Weise dem Service, den ich von einem Anbieter in diesem Preissegment erwartet hätte. Besonders irritierend finde ich, dass American Express Sixt Ride als Partner ausgewählt hat. Nach meiner persönlichen Erfahrung passt die von mir erlebte Servicequalität nicht zu den Erwartungen, die ich an einen solchen Partner von American Express stellen würde.

Ich kann daher lediglich meine eigene Erfahrung schildern – und diese war in Bezug auf Erreichbarkeit, Organisation und Kundenservice ausgesprochen negativ.

Very reliable airport transfer with Sixt Ride. Booking well in advance through the app was easy and very affordable. Communication with the driver was excellent and everything went smoothly. The only minor issue was that the driver’s arrival time wasn’t displayed correctly in the app. Overall, a highly recommended service.

Pick up was really nice. The driver was 30 min too early here but we left on the selected time. The driver picked up the bags for us and did put them in the trunk.

The car was very clean and the driver was very calm and the drive had a very nice speed of 120kmh over the autobahn to the airport.

He even knew a way at the airport to cut the drive down by 10 minute and then delivered us at the exact door at the airport where our air plane provider is.

Nice car, Friendly driver.

I am always very satisfied, everything works, every driver is punctual and accommodating. However, it is always an expensive fun.

We had a great day in Doha. With a 12 hr layover, we used SIXT to drive us around the city for 9 hours. It was perfect! We got to see so many things in a short period of time. Our driver was excellent- he was a great driver and very kind. We highly recommend this service.

Do not book at Istanbul airport (SAW). Nobody waited after arrival. You are directed to a house outside of the airport and they let you wait 30 minutes for transfer. Then driver tells you to lie to the police about why you sit in the car. Very strange and not reliable
