I bought a £295 chair as a present and the quality of the finish is shocking and the chair is definitely not fit for purpose! You would cut yourself on the excess glue that is used all over the chair. Very very disappointing.

These guys were very responsive. The chairs we bought are excellent and much better then others being offerd across the market. They even had delivery organised 24 hours earlier for me as we had no chairs.

The delivery service is poor. They left the chairs downstairs for me to pick them up and bring them upstairs

Beautiful products as always! Yes delivery took a little longer than expected, but the products more than made up for this! If you want timeless pieces of furniture then look no further.

Good communication , delivery arrived within the 10 days as stated. Website is easy to use. Chairs arrived very well packaged and they are beautiful quality chairs.

Absolutely appalling communication. Company expects you to be in all day every day to accept the delivery with no time slot given. I contacted the company for clarification to be told it would arrive before 6PM and I would get a call an hour before from the driver... it got to 5PM and there was no call. Phone line also closes at 4PM so you have to be reliant on someone picking up your email to get any information (and the information in my experience was to just repeat it would be with me before 6PM). This was the second attempt at delivery with the same thing happening the first time. I do not recommend this company based on their shockingly poor reliability and communication.

Quick efficient delivery and love the products so much - my friends are already ordering the same armchairs as we got because they are so comfy. Hope they bring out a foot stool to go with them as that’s only thing we are now missing

I am so impressed with my furniture, it’s exactly how it looks on the website and matches exactly to the “look” I was going for.
I had no issues with the delivery, and overall - I had a very good experience. Would definitely use them again and recommend.
