St John Ambulance Cymru provides first aid treatment, training, and transport for communities across Wales. Our vision is simple: for everyone to get the first aid they need, anytime, anywhere. Each year, we train thousands of people across Wales through accredited courses led by qualified trainers. Our wide range of courses include 3 Day First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work, mental health first aid, and health & safety training. Whether you're looking to build confidence in a medical emergency or improve safety standards in your workplace, we have a course to meet your needs. We offer workplace first aid training at centres across Wales including Cardiff, Wrexham, Swansea, Newport, Abergele, Bridgend, Abergavenny, Rhayader, and Deeside. Alternatively, we can come to you to deliver bespoke certified training at your workplace for groups of six or more. We work with young people, employees, and communities across Wales to make first aid knowledge accessible to everyone. Our trained volunteers deliver expert first aid cover at a wide range of public events, from sports matches to concerts, helping keep attendees safe. We offer transport services in partnership with the NHS, ensuring safe and reliable care for those who need it. Through our actions, we inspire others leading by example and supporting people to reach their full potential.

The way Raymond (I'm sure that was his name) and Celyn came across together was lovely. They had a nice working relationship and it came across perfect. They brought their own experiences into the course which brought a refreshing dynamic to the course.

Fantastic trainer
Fantastic trainer - best First Aid course I've been on. Demonstrations were clear, explanations were easy to follow, clearly a very knowledgeable trainer. The trainer was also approachable and made everyone feel at ease from start to finish. The trainer created a safe environment to enable questioning without feeling silly. I would highly recommend this trainer.

Great training
Useful and interesting information. Combination of discussion, reading, videos and practical opportunities to practice techniques. Knowledgeable and friendly instructor (Gary) and good balance of breaks to stay focused. Thank you for a informative and helpful day!

Very well presented re-certification course for FREC 3 (BLS) and Administration of Emergency Medical Gasses. Good seperation between Powerpoint and hands on activities, very well balanced.
