Celyn our trainer was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and made the training easy to understand. She was also very patient with us and answered all our sometimes daft questions with good grace

The instructor was very personable and kept a good pace throughout the training so we weren't bombarded but it was manageable and it gave me the opportunity to take in the information. She used real life examples which you could relate to and her questioning helped you problem solve effectively. The role-play scenarios were also very effective and helpful. The course was thorough and informative and feel so much more confident to administer first aid after receiving the training. Diolch yn fawr.

Although it was a very warm and uncomfortable day as the venue had no air-con, the staff made the experience bearable and I myself thoroughly enjoyed.l the experience. The course was very informative and helped to develop my knowledge and understanding further. The staff were very helpful and delivered the course brilliantly.

I recently attended the First Aid in the Workplace training delivered by St John Ambulance and found it to be excellent. The training was informative, engaging and well structured, with a good balance of theory and practical activities. Our trainer Celyn was knowledgeable, approachable and kept the session interactive throughout, making it easy to understand and retain the information. I left feeling much more confident in my ability to respond in a first aid situation. Overall, a great course delivered by a great trainer.

The First Aid at Work (3 day) training course was well put together with a mix of practical and theory. Donna was a great instructor and made the experience engaging and enjoyable.

Celyn was amazing! Made the course very interesting and interactive. She provided us with a positive environment in which we could share personal experiences and ask questions.

The instructions given were clear and simple to understand. Celyn supported all of the learners during the practical tasks and made sure her time was divided fairly between everyone.

Celyn's experience and knowledge were clear as she answered many questions that weren't necessarily covered in the course.

Donna was brilliant!! Having done internal courses with SWP it was really beneficial to be in a group with people from other organisations. There were some challenging characters in the group and I think Donna handled things really well.
