Thanks for your support, we received no e-mail from you regarding your item, hence no response.
The listing for the item clearly states that this a pre-order item not due in stock for another 2 1/2 weeks.
"THIS IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM, NEXT DELIVERY IS DUE BY 15th MAY, WE WILL UPDATE YOU WITH EXACT DELIVERY DATE AND YOUR ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED AS SOON AS OUR STOCK ARRIVES."
As stated you will be advised closer the date of exact delivery time, we are actually expecting these ones to be early.
Hoping someone can help me

Long ship time
It did take over a month for our order to arrive to the US so prepare for that delay when you order. Customer service was responsive and order was received.

Item was delayed due to excessive snowfall in the UK which was completely out of our hands. Unfortunately with have little control over our countries inability to cope with adverse weather conditions.
Normal delivery time to the States is 7-14 days.

Just silence...
I ordered a wolf cap and since its silence. I've tried to contact but no answers. I have stepped up this by contacting the seller through paypal and I have not received an answer yet. Now I leave the case to paypal. I saw that not until early July I can get the money back if nothing happens from the seller.

Needs work
Communication was great once I emailed but no receipt was sent out after purchase online. Was longer than it should’ve been to ship out and once I received the package it looked like it was from a shoddy poor seller from ebay but not from a online store you'd think to expect. Business needs work

Thanks for your feedback, we will take your criticism on board. We recycle all our card and packaging wherever possible for environmental reasons. We've never had a board damaged in transit international or otherwise so I'd say our packaging is more than sufficient if not always pretty!
Our UK deliveries receive auto tracking notifications via e-mail and SMS, something we have been looking to add for our international customers.
We have had issues with some of the international couriers we've used in terms of missing collections and late deliveries but have now moved to a new international freight handling service which should make our international deliveries quicker and also cheaper.
