Fantastic service
Great company.
I found the trainers I wanted on their website and after ordering I was kept updated with info on when they were posted and even emailed by the delivery company with a 2 hour time slot for when they would arrive. Packaged well and even had a couple of free magazines and stickers included in the bag!
Highly recommended and will definitely buy from them again.

We didn't receive your e-mail but responded to your Facebook message within minutes of you sending. We are looking into this matter immediately and rest assured it will be resolved.
UPDATE - Your item was attempted delivery on the 11th by the Finnish postal service. We have sent you tracking info but it is likely held at your local post office.
Also we did see your e-mail, we just got to it, it was sent this morning! We didn't respond to it instantly because we also have to pack all the orders first thing Monday morning. Sorry if you somehow feel that this delay was ridiculous, we'll be sure to grow some extra arms!

Your e-mail was at 8am on Saturday morning and was replied to at 11.30am once we'd openned up and put the kettle on. Our warehouse is shut at the weekend as we let you know in the e-mail and it's now Monday and we're looking into it. We're not Amazon, we are real normal people running a business and as such we can't work 24 hours a day 7 days per week sorry if replying to your e-mail immediately and dealing with your query next working day isn't quick enough for you but we would view that as more than reasonable.
UPDATE: Thanks for your overly aggressive approach to a simple customer enquiry. We are shipping a replacement item in the morning, it will be with you in a few days.
UPDATE2: Why order then if you had such a bad feeling? We've offered to ship you a replacement for a missing item (due to the postal service, not us) with literally no hassle and you're still complaining. We're literally bending over backwards to sort this out and it's still not enough for you!!!!

UPDATE 3 - Your replacement has been sent today as promised. I've sent you the tracking info as well as a selection of photographs of your parcels journey from our warehouse right into the hands of our local post office clerk, we hope this helps with your bad feeling.

Great customer service
I had the same issue as Annabel, but just hadn't realised my parcel hadn't arrived next day as promised until I came to order something else. I called Skate Pharm and the problem is with the courier as the parcel had been dispatched, but delayed by the courier. They were really helpful, confirmed the consignment number (which actually coincides with a notification I received from the courier, UK Mail, today (didn't say who from) to say it's on its way.
Don't think badly of Skate Pharm - this is a problem with the courier at this time of the year, and not them - they were already dispatching my latest order within a couple of minutes of having submitted it!

Dont offer next day delivery if it does not get delivered on the next day
Ordered next day delivery, 5 days have passed and i have not received anything. Sent them emails, no response. This was supposed to be a christmas gift and i am flying back home in 2 days so i guess i will have to think of something else. Otherwise great choice of clothes

You possibly ordered after or Christmas cut off? Sorry if we didn't reply to your e-mails quick enough, at Christmas our business more than quadruples and answering all messages instantly just isn't physically possible.

Ordered online, but ordered the wrong item. I called the store and they exchanged it for the item that I was after (which was the same price) with no problems or fuss at all. Great customer service, very quick postage indeed and a great shopping experience. Keep up the great work!

It's the busiest time of year for us, you know, Christmas. You were informed your preorder item was delayed (by our supplier) but will definitely be with you before Xmas, which it will. Our apologies that we don't have time to update you on progress daily but it is in hand as you have been re-assured numerous times.
EDITED - Item was hand delivered to customer in good time for Christmas which is when he needed it for as we checked. I would say that's pretty excellent service despite the delay which was out of our hands but I am biased.

Update to reply- Actually I did contact you by email 3 times (finally getting a reply when I threatened to go to trading standards) as the the order was also poorly wrapped resulting in damaged goods! I asked for a refund but instead you said you would send another £50 stocking free of charge. Even though I now have two £50 stockings for the price of one I still think it's poor quality and not worth the money. As for your attitude I will never use your company again.....and that IS my opinion!!!!

This is just straight nonsense and we certainly didn't just respond to you because of your threats, our apologies if we didn't get back to you promptly but Christmas is obviously manic. We sell plenty of these with very few issues. Also sorry you weren't happy on this occasion but we did our best to rectify, apparently you weren't happy with that either. We would have happily have accepted a return of both stockings.
As for not using us again, it seems like we've both dodged a bullet there.
