I contacted customer service and the were so patient and understanding with me and sent the replacement
I received it today

Cable worked for about three months. Customer service made me jump through hoops sending them videos to prove it and then ghosted.

I've been waiting for over a month now. No answer, tracking app doesn't work. Useless company, doesn't do what is promised.

To expensive. It doesn´t fit most iPhone cases. When I asked to return the item vendor says I am responisble for return shipping costs, have to choose the carrier myself and pay for duties. Terrible company, terrible service overrated items and expensive cable. Do not purchase. Go on amazon or your local store instead. Will never ever buy from this brand again. Will also leave a trust pilot review to make sure people don´t purchase from this terribe brand .

Bought a cable and it really "cleaned up" my apple play connection. Just re ordered 1 for my wife's car. A great little product that works. The magnetic design is exactly what I expected.

Skegic are very responsible: direct exchange without hassle or cost for defective devices. The power bank itself is great—also a wonderful gift! Keep up the good work...

Great purchase, the product is slick and definitely worthy of a purchase. It’s suitable as a desktop holder or in landscape if you’re watching a movie. I love it.

Ordered 3 mag cables from Skegic. All had the wrong product in the boxes. After reading the instructions and reviews for returning them, I'm not even going to try. I don't have the time or the patience required to chase them down. It's why people shop on Amazon. Easy and reliable returns.

Meine Bestellung wurde einzeln aus China versendet. Ökologisch höchst bedenklich. Dann kam bei mir die falsche Farbe an. Nach mehrfachem Kontakt mit dem Support wurde mir keinerlei Wiedergutmachung angeboten. Es hieß nur, dass ich das Kabel auf eigene Kosten wieder zurück nach China schicken kann. Hier bestelle ich definitiv nie wieder.

I’ve had two cables since June 2025, both work as they should, and both still curl up nicely. They arrived on time and well packed.
I’ve just ordered two more, and I made a mistake on one cable. They corrected it for me straight away, were polite and helpful.
My experience so far is just fine.

Doesn't spring back into the coil shape and very slow at charging. Took ages to arrive. When I contacted them, they blamed me and took no accountability.

I would give it a better review but I ordered it October 1 and here it is October 8 and I still have not yet. RECEIVED the product yet. So, this is the lowest possible rating. If you want a better rating, actually SHIP the product.

Great cables - so much neater than the usual mess on my desk.
Unfortunately Evri the courier lost the cables and weren’t helpful when I reported it to them.
Skegic replaced the cables and this time the courier, Yodel, delivered them safely.
I’m very happy with my purchase :)

Cable does not recoil as advertised, from first use. When I contacted customer support I recieved an answer that I should not have stretched the cable (as other people state as well in their review).
No offer for any reimbursement or whatsoever.
Scam! Wish I’ve read other reviews bedoel buying…

Bought a couple of mag cables, on clearance. Both worked fine for a couple of months, then one separated at the usb-A end. Contacted Skegic, was told there was no warranty on clearance items. They would offer me $5 off on a new cable though! Very unsatisfied customer here.

Bought one thinking would be convenient in the car to connect to Android Auto. Keeping getting a connection error message when my old non coiling cable was no issue. Made contact and their response was it may not be compatible! Nowhere mentioned this possibility. Stupid me thinking it was just a convenient cable . Totally off them.
