The cable doesn’t recoil.
Contacted customer services.
Apparently the cable had been straightened, according to them.
Totally unwilling to provide a replacement.
Then stopped responding to queries.
So, poor product and customer services, who don’t even comply with their own warranty offering.

This is my second order. My first order went fine and everything is ok at this point. Both orders were received in an appropriate amount of time. My second order had an incorrect item in it. I emailed them and just had to send a picture of what I received. I was told the correct order is being shipped out. Customer service has been very prompt and helpful. So as long as I receive the correct item and everything keeps working good I will be a happy customer

I have bought 5 of them. One cable briefly disfunctionned, and the help center offered to replace it. So far, no complaints. Let's see if they hold the test of time, but for a frequent traveller their non-tangle feature is a game-changer !

I placed an order earlier this month, my second one because I liked the cables but needed longer ones than I had before. This time however, am still waiting for my purchases and despite numerous emails to customer services all I am told is "please wait patiently". Firstly, I have been very patient and secondly how patronising a response. If I told them to wait patiently for payment after 3 weeks of having the item I think they also might be irritated. There is a fine line between assertive and patronising. Just repeating the same message in 5-6 emails is not being assertive but is being disrespectful to your customer, please take note. I was told i couldnt cancel my ordernor have a refund because my goods were in transit. But after nearly 3 weeks I have not received them!! I have had to purchase cables elsewhere because I could wait any longer and needed to find a solution to charging my phone nearby. I even requested for the company's complaint process but have been repeatedly ignored ans guess what, told to wait patiently! Do you know, as I write this I am now wondering whether I was even talking with a human being because it was so robotic in response?!!

If Skegic are reading this you need to overhaul your customer service approach urgently. For anyone else reading this, dont buy from this company. A test for a company is how they deal with their mistakes or failures,and this company cannot be relied upon to deal with them decently. I won't be buying from them again thars for sure.

I am adding another section due to the response below from Skegic. You have not communicated regularly with me, you have responded to my many communications, initiayed by me. And you have ignored my request for your complaints process despite requesting it 3 x now. This is my accurate experience of your customer service and I reiterate it is very poor. I think your response below demonstrates this very clearly.

Works okay...for a little while. My Skegic cable stopped recoiling and the jacket on the lightning plug end came off. When I asked customer service for a replacement within the 1-year warranty, they told me that I did not qualify because "I extended the cable." Isn't the PURPOSE of a cable to extend??? I also noticed all the reviews posted on their website were 4+ stars. When you look on Trustpilot, it's way lower, so they're apparently leaving out some negative reviews. Not cool.

I bought two cables hoping they would coil tightly in the car out of the way. They don’t coil much at all. At 4 times the cost for a good phone cable, I wasted $30. Don’t recommend.

Unluckily, the first cable I got disconnected constantly from my car.
After reporting it to Skegic, they readily prepared another one to send me, which works as intended.

I received my 2 cables which I wanted to use in the car as in the commercial. But I doesn't work with Apple Car Play. Why? Poor quality?
It can charge a phone though.

Bought one of the coiled up cables specifically advertised for car use. After a month the metal jacket and plastic part on top of the plug fell off, I suspect cheap glue that couldn't stand the temperatures inside the car.

Scam company, never received my order. Customer service continuously replies by email it is coming. 2 months now never got a legit tracking number in US.

I love my new magnetic USB-C cable. It stays so tidy but flexible enough to stay connected even when I move the things I’ charging around.

Really appreciate how responsive you were to my inquiries about a defective cable which, as we’ve learned, was not one that I bought from you.

Worst cables!!!! Total scam!!!!! Argued back and forth w me when I said they don’t coil like advertised - said it’s bc of gravity!!! Whaaaaat? Do not buy these!!!! And Chinese company

The cables work nothing like what the ads show (will stay in the wound up position if you wind them up, but definitely do NOT spring back as shown), and if I want to return them as faulty, I have to pay for a return shipment to China (!) plus customs costs on entry to China plus original shipping fee. Far from impressed, such a waste of money / time…

I bought 8 magnetic cables... I was sick of the mess in my cars. I needed both lighting and C-type for the different Apple phones we have in the family!
They all work perfectly including the ones with high speed charging!!!
I saw similar much cheaper ones from other sellers but I prefer to pay a little more for the assurance of a great product. Especially since we fork out so much for Apple phones anyway!
My cars and desk are finally tidy!!

Bought 3 cables, 2 worked and one did not. Raised with Skegic, told to upload video which I did. Said they would send a new cable, then none arrived. Emailed again and they said it wasn't actioned as the employee resigned. Now want another video. I give up.

I placed an order on the website on the 20th of January.
On your website you promised 5 days delivery time.
It has now been almost 4 weeks and still no delievery.
On my track and trace, I can see that my product is “on its way”.
No info email or update on the delivery.
Do not order at this website!!!

For the price, this cable is unbeatable. High-quality, fast charging, and no more tangling issues!
