Took the money, but didn't provide the course
I purchased a course on the 13th December and although I have paid for this, it is still 'on hold' and i cannot access the course at all. Disappointed as this was supposed to be a gift for someone.
I have tried emailing (no reply) and calling numerous times (no one answers the phone). If the course doesn't exist, i would like my money refunded asap.
