Best customer experience

The customer service from skinshop is 10/10.I messaged them on Instagram as I had bought a product the day before they were giving a free gift with my facemask. They then sent it out to me with my next order. I will only be buying from them going forward because they look after the customer and nothing is to much bother. Also love my led mask and other purchases and get deals on always👏

Excellent service. Very quick delivery. I will defo be ordering again. Thankyou

I ordered the same product from another website 6 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived, very poor customer service I've probably been scammed. Lesson learnt

Absolutely fantastic first experience!

I just moved to Dublin and came across this website by chance. They stock an incredible range of products and to say the delivery was great is an understatement. The product was delivered almost withing 24 hours! Amazing! Just hope the product itself is as good 😊 ! I will definitely be using them as my go to in the future!

Extra charge from my bank account…why?

Have ordered in the past with no issues but a recent order I was charged an extra €49 for no reason. Happy with products but unhappy with this extra charge for an additional order I did not make? Tried to contact company via email but no response.
