Overall good

The first order I made with them arrived super quick - the next day (even though I ordered it on Sunday, they shipped it same day and I received it on Monday). So I was delighted with that.
I made another order on Wednesday (as I needed sun cream for my planned overseas trip on Sunday of that week) I choose to order from Skinsider (even though I did find the same product cheaper from another online retailer) as I needed it to be delivered quickly, before my trip on Sunday. However, this time it took much longer (they dispatched it only on Friday and the item arrived on Sunday, but by that time I was already at the airport and missed it). So I was quite disappointed. Also the 20% discount code/voucher that they sent me with the first order wasn't valid when I tried to redeem it during my second order, and they again sent me the same 20% discount code/voucher with my second order, which is useless. I feel like when you order for the first time, maybe they try to win you over with quick deliveries, but when you are a repeated customer then its not and quick.

Thank you for your review

We want to assure you that our main aim is to get your orders out as quickly as possible. However, please keep in mind that we have a cutoff time of 3 pm for order processing. Although our warehouse operates on Sundays, the courier picks up parcels on Mondays. All the ins and outs of deliveries and collections are shown on our website.

As you shopped with us during the Black Friday season, the parcel volumes changed each day and extra arrangements were made every time it was possible.
However, in general, if you've chosen standard delivery, it usually takes 2-3 working days after dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to reach you. Hence, delivery on Saturday or Sunday isn't guaranteed but more of a bonus.

We understand that sometimes you might need your parcel sooner. For future reference, you can always go for expedited shipping.

Please also kindly remember that discount codes can't be combined with other discounts or special offers and have a valid period of a few months.

The Skinsider website is simple and easy to use and has authentic products. The best selling products that are out of stock in other places are always in stock here, thus I frequently buy from here!

Excellent Customer Service

Placed an order on the 27th December but due to delays was worried it would not arrive in time, opened a ticket with customer support yesterday evening and heard back this morning. They upgraded my shipping to expedited at no additional cost, and offered a discount code for the future. Super speedy and excellent customer service from Anna!
