Thankful for the very fast support that I get from the customer service.They indeed make sure that everything will be okay,I received my products still on time despite of my mistake in putting the incomplete address.

Got the products in good shape. Using the products now and seeing the big changes already in my skin.I so love it and I wasn’t this very consistent in my skin care before.

If you don’t get the right shade, you lose your money. They will go back and forth with you in the emails hoping you’ll forget to follow up and then tell you (after literally 17 emails) they can’t refund or exchange anything that’s already been opened. Even though I only used it once cuz the shade was far too pale. Complete waste of money and time!

I ordered from this company and my package was delivered to the wrong address.
What should have been a simple fix has turned into an unnecessarily long and frustrating ordeal for Skintific to rectify the situation. Customer service expects you to contact their shipping service and both parties seem to make the customer jump through hoops and hope they eventually give up so they can steal your money.
If a company can’t promptly resolve an order that was delivered to the wrong address through no fault of mine, then it has a serious problem with both its customer service and its accountability.

So I brought the skintific (petal )powder foundation with a lot of hesitation. It arrived on time & I had an outing planned the very next day with my family. I have very oily but beautiful skin. I love my skin & I never want to apply something harsh or dangerous on them trust me I had some very bad breakouts after using some famous brands during my college years from then on I'm skeptical when it comes to foundations. I brought this as last hope if I could ever safely wear a foundation that could stay whole day , not get greasy & doesn't need constant touch up. Skintific didn't just do all of this but it did something more, it made me feel confident & completely unhinged about my look for the rest of the day , I did sweat as I'm in dubai but I still looked fresh . My family took notice especially my daughters ... I think there is no honest review than from our own kind. Thanks skintific .. this isn't for any perks this is genuine admiration for this product.

My package got delivered in a wrong address but the customer service did a lot of effort to assist me in no time and had everything sorted out for me. Their response were quick even on a weekend. And I must say all their products are legit and really works that’s why it’s my order from Skintific.

Utterly frustrated with this company. My first order was fantastic, shipped fast and I really like the product but my second order has been a nightmare. I placed an order on August 7th and 2 weeks later, it still hadn't shipped. I had contacted customer service and after some back and forth, they told me a product I ordered was out of stock. Thats fine, but I should have been notified of that immediately. No, it took 2 weeks. After agreeing to swap for a product that is in stock, nearly a week later, my order still hasn't shipped. At this point, im pretty sure I've been scammed somehow, and I feel I'll need to contact my credit card company.

Last year I purchased their matte sunscreen, the purple bottle. It's a good product, blends onto my skin easily with no white cast. My face wasn't oily & stayed matte throughout the day. This year I bought 2 of the same sunscreen, and the formula is different. Texture is oily, leaves crazy white cast. Throw away both of the sunscreen to the bin. They changed their formula and didn't update the shopee listing. This is not right. Even other customers said the same thing on the reviews and gave a 1 star. Y'all better go back to the old formula bruh

As a first time makeup user, I took a chance on this company. Shipping and delivery were very quick and the products were very much worth it. Will be buying from them again

Great skin care product ever

It has been a long process,the cs team was reassuring they made sure they resolve the matter.

Will certainly order again as I really want to try their skincare products,hopefully this time I receive my correct order.

Didn't receive my order and not to mention i didn't get a refund for something that never arrived.

I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about my order. My package has been stuck with Dubai Customs for over a week (according ti your tracking), while my previous deliveries from other company like Shein and Temu purchases were received within about 5 days after purchasing.

At this point the delay feels SUSPICIOUS and MISLEADING , and I strongly suspect something may be wrong with the order fulfillment process. This is not a normal delivery experience, and it makes it look like I’m being scammed by Skintific rather than receiving a legitimate shipment.
Please treat this as urgent and investigate immediately!!!!

The most i love about the Skintific product its very affordable price to compare with other brands out there. And the product trusty and i support by dermatology.and since i just knew use this product as my skin product its works make my skin more clean smoth.

Love the lip balm, lip serum. It’s not sticky makes my lips look wonderful. Everything that the Internet has said has been true.
