They just know the resort, the hotel, the airline and the transfer really well. They are friendly, excited for you, incredibly efficient and detailed. And they respond unbelievably quickly. You get the feeling that they’ve thought through everything. And they have.

I tried to book by myself but had all sorts of issues. Fortunately I found Ski Safari who had first-hand experience of what I was looking for and the resort. They booked the flights, accommodation, ski and gear hire, guides and transfers and for less than I could have managed myself. They made invaluable recommendations about timings, restaurant bookings, what to expect and several other helpful aspects. And when BA downgraded us on the outbound flight from London they had the patience and tenacity to get the refund due (not easy with BA !!). Gwen and Karla, big shout out, you were stars.

I really enjoyed the experience with Ski Safari - they were promptly and helpful with my initial query, and I was offered good guidance on options in the resort at the point of booking (location, where to go half-board or not etc). The information provided immediately before departure was excellent and everything went smoothly. I would have preferred a bit more snow, but I accept that is not within the gift of Ski Safar i;-)

Ski Safari organised our latest holiday - a ski trip to Canada. We have used Ski Safari in the past (and will do so again). They always offer good advice, take into account customer preferences and, although far from being the cheapest operator, offer great value for money as they personalise the trip to meet your needs.

Great advice, flexible approach and excellent travel arrangements made by this bespoke ski holiday company, but you really do pay for the service.
Unfortunately in spite of the expense we still had an apartment with terrible noise nuisance in Åre, Sweden. Don't think they had done their research adequately before recommending this to us. However they were very responsive to our difficulties on our return and we were very satisfied with the professional and immediate way they dealt with the problem.

Excellent, knowledgeable, efficient and prompt service. We had a fantastic holiday to Norway and would definitely recommend booking with Ski Safari.
