Booked repeatedly over the last , almost 20 years

Have booked my last 4 ski trips through Ski Safari and intend to do so again. Knowledgeable, attentive service. High levels of quality accommodation and trouble-free bookings for equipment and car hire. Thoroughly recommend.

There are 11 in our group with 7 children of various ages travelling from 2 different countries and ski safari make it effortless. They are informative and knowledgeable with accommodation that is hard to beat .

Andy at Ski Safari organised the most amazing itinerary for our honeymoon trip to Japan. Everything ran so smoothly and he gave us lots of tips and tricks to maximise our time and to make the most of Japan. Ski Safari as a company really made everything effortless and smooth in planning what was quite a daunting trip when we first started researching it! Truly the trip of a lifetime and I would recommend Ski Safari to anybody.

Such a personal service from Ski Safari where everyone I spoke to was really familiar with every aspect of my trip. I felt I was in excellent hands & that the entire holiday was tailor made. Tokyo and Kyoto were not to be missed and the skiing in Hakuba was world class

We were mis-informed on a number of points to sell the holiday.

Firstly, we booked in Whistler at the Delta Suite. I questioned beforehand about it being above a night club and we didn't want to be anywhere noisy. We were told they had assigned rooms at Delta Suites in the second building that wasn't above the night club and it was on the edge of the main village.

We end up above the night club in a room directly over the entrance on the main village stroll and kept awake until 3am with the music and drunken shouting.

We contacted Ski Safari and they arranged for us to be moved. We ended up on the 5th floor still above the night club but at least on the courtyard side so we didn’t hear the drunken shouting. However, you could still feel the bass and hear the music. This wasn’t a room in the quiet second building as promised by the owner of Ski Safari. I doubt there is any such agreement of assigned rooms.

Secondly, we were told Whistler is great for beginner skiers. Not the case. The majority of green runs at Easter time were unavailable and is the same every year at that time as too warm at the bottom of the mountain, most runs shut off or slushy with bare patches. This left a handful mid-mountain that were packed with snow school and other skiers using it as a racetrack. The greens at the top were narrow trails and not proper runs.

I won’t be using Ski Safari again. Mis-informed to secure the booking. Firstly, the assigned room. Secondly, the ski runs available to beginners and the general atmosphere of the town itself.

Whistler is party town. I wouldn’t ever go back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone going as family or a beginner. There are better places. It is also expensive to eat out and lots of noisy bars. Great if you are on a Stag or Hen party or one of the many young employees in the area. Not so good for families.

We've used Ski Safari a few times now for ski trips in Scandanavia, and they have been brilliant. Everything is very well organised in advance of the trip and we've never had any glitches. Highly recommended.
