Money for the hotel deposit was deliberately stolen from my account meaning I had paid twice.
Despite getting on for a year of emailing to to hotel who haven't replied at all ( not surprising) and to Ski Solutions- Ski solutions customer care is quite horrific. They have done nothing other than email me a lot of waffle and now have refused to do anything more.
Its theft, It was deliberate, and they are attempting a cover up. They are dishonest not to be trusted with your money.

I have to compliment Carina at Ski Solutions for the fantastic package she built for us to Norway. We have never been to Norway before but the information we got, not just on the hotel and flights, but so much supportive information with ideas of where to go, where to eat etc, we felt more confident in trying somewhere new.
It didn't work out for us this time and unfortunately we didn't end up booking, but I would still highly recommend Ski Solutions - best customer service in a long time!

It was good to speak to Ewan about what we wanted to book - just a few minutes really but useful.
The options we were given made it easy to choose the package that suited us.
Also good to know we have a dedicated person to support us (Maddy).

Defiantly recommend this company, I had a quick response, they managed to arrange a group booking from 2 different airports to our resort of choice, very competitive pricing. You should always get a second opinion from an independent company, will defiantly be a go-to option from now on and I have been organising group holidays for the last 10 to 15 years.

Ross has booked 3 holidays for my family. He set us off on a love affair with Norway and his knowledge for us was invaluable as we were not a ski family. Roll on 4 years and he pulls it out of the bag every time along with Helen who is so efficient.
It's such a relief to know everything is taken care of and at good prices too!
