Customer service was notch, know others who order from this research clinic and have only heard good reviews. Will be continuing my orders here.

I ordered from them. It never showed up. They wouldn’t refund me. I have to get my cc company involved to go after my money. I commented on Ethan’s live explaining I wasn’t sent the product or money back. multiple people were also not sent the product and were commenting on the live. He was deflecting all these issues to customer service. There is no phone number to call them. My credit card company is getting my money back and reporting them to the authorities
