The company serves is reality bad
The company serves is reality bad. We have book the concert between 8:00 and 10:00am. After so many phone calls, office people all the time say in next 30min, o so sorry will be next hour. Finally the concert is arranged at 4:00pm.
I have 4 people seats and wait to arrive. I have to pay 4 people over time to complete the job.
Absolute terrible service.
And that is not a first time

Absolutely amazing experience
Absolutely amazing experience, exactly what I needed. Efficient, reliable and intuitive. Was able to hire a skip and track the order and have it collected all via the application. Not to forget the second to none customer service.

Amazing service, especially by Joshua who always makes it feel like we work for the same company and looks out for us even when we do late orders ( which is a big headache for him I'm sure)

Cheap skips, annoying calls
Cheaper than everyone else for skips, by miles so that's good
Unable to deliver skip on day requested
Skrap called me nearly everyday to try and sell me more stuff, which verged on harassment.
Would ideally not use them again, but they're so much cheaper so I'll have to.
