Be prepared to pay 22% import tax that was not declared when you order
Skullbliss does not state costs accurately on their website. They charge for shipping, but you also will get hit for customs duties for over 22% of the purchase price. Well they hide it on the FAQ page. I’m annoyed I bought this now. Don’t recommend

They bent over backwards to make sure my order was correct. Three phone calls to me, multiple emails and they were absolutely the Best.
I own a multi million dollar business and I only hope my customer service is as good as theirs. MGM

DUTY Charges on to[p of shipping costs!!!
I am hoping this is worth it. DUTY BILL of $45.44 on top of cost. BEWARE, and be ready for middle of the night Duty Charges texted to your phone with no explanation other than pay or they will return.
Whether it's worth it or not, I do not like getting surprises, especially additional costs. Let's hope the skull is worth the $1000 it has ended up costing for a $799 skull.

This is my5th order from Skull Bliss ! All previous orders were family gifts, And are loved and appreciated for the skilled artistry involved in each skull! I tried to ship this one directly to my grandson, in Meridian, Idaho! I put his address on the shipping information, but it reverted back to my adress as the credit card information!

A great company with a fantastic product. I have purchased multiple skulls from Skull Bliss. What started as just one skull, bought on an impulse purchase, has turned into several more because of the product and excellent customer service. Rarely does a product look better in person than online, but these did not disappoint in any way. I also made a few mistakes on my end in ordering, but customer service was absolutely fantastic and always responded within a day. I've become a big fan and, more importantly, a loyal customer.

I am beyond impressed with Skull Bliss and specifically Izabela — not just their stunning, high-quality products, but especially their exceptional customer service. My order was already confirmed when I received a promo code just 3 days after purchase that would save me over $100. I reached out, fully expecting to hear that it was too late, but their team-Izabela, responded quickly, kindly, and applied the discount after my purchase without hesitation.

Stunning Craftsmanship
I have been to Bali and seen what talented artists they have. I ordered the cow skull with carved horns some months back. It was packed extremely well with no damage whatsoever. It is an absolutely beautiful piece. I've just ordered the carved buffalo horn and know it will be just as beautiful.

SCAM - hidden fees & delays
SCAM — you have to pay “import duty” just to receive your order, AFTER YOU ALREADY PAID. What a complete ripoff — just tax evasion, they do not disclose this UNEXPECTED HIDDEN FEE, and they also do not disclose multi-week “processing time” before your order even ships.
