I wish I’d seen these reviews first because I would have never ordered from them. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order and nothing is received, despite delivery estimate being 5 days. But the main issue is their customer service do not reply so if anything like this does happen, you can’t get help. So right now I’ve paid money for something I don’t have and have no way of getting hold of. I also noticed they turn off comments on their Instagram posts which explains A LOT!

Sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice. Trotz mehrfacher Erklärung wurde ich immer wieder nach einer Rücksendungsverfolgungsnummer gefragt, obwohl ich keine habe. Zusätzlich musste ich den vollständigen Rechnungsbetrag sowie die Rücksendekosten bezahlen. Meine Anliegen wurden offenbar nicht richtig gelesen oder bearbeitet. Für mich ist das absolut kundenunfreundlich – ich werde bei wearwellx. com nicht mehr bestellen und das Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen.

Extremely disappointing experience — terrible customer service and delivery

I have never experienced such a frustrating experience with an online order. My delivery was already delayed, and then the order was marked as delivered even though I never received it. The delivery person did not contact me at all.

When I contacted customer service, instead of properly investigating the situation with their delivery company, I was told to look around my building, check my garden, mailbox, hidden areas, and even ask my neighbors whether they had received my package. I paid for a delivery — I should not have to investigate where a courier decided to leave my order.

What made the experience even worse was the lack of proper follow-up. I repeatedly contacted customer service and had to keep explaining the same situation, with no meaningful resolution.

The communication from customer service was also extremely unprofessional. I was looking for a straightforward solution to a simple delivery problem, but instead I wasted a significant amount of time sending emails and following up.

At this point, I no longer even want the product. I simply want my money refunded.

Very disappointing experience from beginning to end. I would not recommend this company based on my experience with their delivery service and customer support.

So they've changed names to hide from reviews. They were called GOSNOX or just SNOX. Please check for other reviews under those names.
The company apparently hired a secondary delivery service that could not make the delivery. I don't think they had a delivery company, and that's part of the scam.
I paid for their delivery insurance. We've been going back and forth since Sep 13 trying to get the items returned and a refund issued. They 'play' at being helpful, but they don't actually do anything. They want you to pay again to get the item redelivered, but then they couldn't deliver it the first time - why would I pay again?
Don't waste your money here. Hopefully, you read this before ordering, and I can save you from being scammed. Usually I'm good about checking for reviews; this time I was silly and didn't check.

Still haven’t received socks, ordered them such along time ago

I previously ordered from SNOX and received a great product. Just received my new pairs from WELLX and the sizing is completely wrong. Nowhere near long enough. Spending more money for international return is also ridiculous. Buyers beware!

Absolutely LOVE these socks!! They are so incredibly comfortable AND they’re so cute!! I work 12 hour shifts and these socks have actually changed my work life. The compression is the perfect amount and hugs your legs in the best way. I can’t believe how amazing these socks are and the designs are soooo cute!! 10/10 I’m definitely recommending to my coworkers and friends (and buying more for myself asap!!)

I wore these socks after a 30-kilometre trek with 2,000 metres of elevation gain. They’re amazing! I couldn’t have asked for anything better for my tired legs.
