These people ripped me off
These people ripped me off. First they sold me an Apple device on contract that I had to change the battery. Next I was going to swap and they gave me a very bad pricing and telling me my phone audio was bad. I did have the phone Jen a very good condition. Just putting it out there for all to see.

Re: (SM) Sky Mobile complaint (KMM79491143V12987L0KM)
My complaint number
Sky Missold mobile phone contract
So i found a deal on martin lewis's website and it was for £1 a month so i got 1 for myself and daughter. But it was an e-sim which didnt work on our phones. So i thought i would phone up and ask for a physical sim next day(the offer ended at midnight, so it had ended)
Phoned sky up and they said of course , but the first month would be £8 and then £1 there after(so £2).
Month later i get a bill for about £22 (should be £2 at this point)so i phone up again and ask, and ti cut along story short and being on the phone for nearly an hr, the guy i originally spoke to, lied to me, but apparantly the best they do despite this is £4 a month.
Avoid sky at all costs as they dont seem to care if they lie to your face and also i think they have over charged me too, which i will have to phone about it too.

Ordered a new iPhone 18 pro max on the 13th September 2026 . On ordering it said delivery on Friday 25th September, here is the 27th September and No phone in sight, phoned customer support on 2 occasions and
The man on the moon had more info than them, basically absolutely clueless. More false promises from Sky Mobile……beware.
If I could rate 0 I would
If I could rate 0 I would. Horrible service. Reception is awful and trying to speak to anyone is a dreadful, regrettable experience. Genuinely avoid at all costs. And just forget about the exchange programme for phones - it’s a dire service and has never gone right from our experience. Gradually phasing away from Sky altogether because of their customer service and quality of reception for mobiles. And cost wise, billing has been wrong on several occasions and it takes hours to resolve. Their call centres are so poor that they just hang up when they can’t fix anything for fear of a negative KPI. This is sludge at its finest and a real reason to use an alternative provider wherever possible.
The most useless service provider ever
The most useless service provider ever. Do not move to sky mobile for whatever reason. I am beyond livid. It’s not even up to 5 minutes of receiving my SIM card and an idiot from India customer service hung up on me. I read they are also threatening people, collecting their data and increasing their prices any how. Don’t use sky mobile
DREADFULL SERVICE
For well over one and a half years my mobile phone service was just terrible , Every time i contacted sky customer service it was one excuse after another . I raised issue after issue and never heard back , Promised it would be resolved and it never was , told i would receive compensation , again nothing . One in every three calls did not connect , numbers stored would not connect , calls would disconnect or sound like they was under water . I have a disability and need good coverage and have paid sky a lot of money .They have not listened to me and just seem more interested in offering me discounts what i want is a good phone service not a lot to ask for . this bad service has been going on for well over a year and a half absolutely disgusting . Sky have treated me like i am a nobody it is about time they admitted there mistakes and treated me with respect . I may have a disability but i am not stupid .
Appalling treatment of customers
I received a letter from Sky mobile informing me that I’ve cancelled my contract and I owe them £30.05. I didn’t cancel the contract. I notified Sky that my partner had recently died and in the discussion I cancelled Netflix. In response to the letter from sky mobile I phoned them. First you have to talk to a machine that doesn’t understand the concern. Eventually a human gets involved and you communicate with them via text messages. Then after about 15 minutes they say they can’t deal with it and was passing it on. About 15 minutes later the message states that the person concerned had gone home and I would be contacted next day. So far I have been passed on six time taking up approximately 2.5 hours. I’ve been passed on from Krish Kumar, Nived, Asha, Shweta and Rene. I have up in the end extremely frustrated wishing to have no further dealings any more incompetent individuals.
Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service, been on the phone to 40 different people everyday for the last week just to try and get a phone contract and can't sign the agreement a glitch on their end.

I have not had my landline phone since 10 Jul 2026 when I moved to my new House.
I am currently paying £61 a month to sky, I believe this cost includes my landline.
I have a life threatening health condition and need to keep in contact with my doctor.
How difficult is it to turn on a landline?

The worst customer service you can ever…
The worst customer service you can ever get is the technical department in India for mobile phone they don’t have a clue what they are doing I am on 19 month now trying to change a payment date now they cancelled my contract with out telling me or anything and just charged me full amount no managers call you back no team

ONE STAR — ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH SKY MOBILE
I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated by Sky Mobile. After what happened to me, I cannot wait for my contract to end, and I intend to move my mobile services elsewhere. I have lost an enormous amount of trust in this company.
What happened was not simply an inconvenience. It left me stranded, unable to use my phone at a time when I genuinely needed it. I attended a wedding/event and was in an unfamiliar area. I also have responsibilities towards two disabled elderly parents. My father has dementia and my mother is disabled. Being able to contact them — and being contactable myself — is extremely important to me.
I went to use my mobile phone and discovered that Sky had restricted/barred my service.
I could not make the calls I needed to make. I could not simply use my phone normally to arrange transport. I was effectively left in the middle of nowhere without the mobile service I had expected to have available.
Eventually, I had to rely on somebody else's phone and their mobile service so that I could arrange a taxi.
Just think about that for a moment.
I am paying a telecommunications company for mobile service, yet when I actually needed that service I had to borrow somebody else's phone because Sky had restricted mine.
My biggest objection is the way this was handled.
If Sky intends to restrict someone's mobile service because of an outstanding payment, then in my view there should be clear, prominent and reasonable communication beforehand so that the customer understands exactly what is about to happen and has an opportunity to deal with it.
Had I known that my phone was about to be restricted, I could have made alternative arrangements. I could have dealt with the payment, taken another phone, arranged transport in advance or made sure my parents had another reliable means of contacting me.
Instead, I discovered the problem when I actually needed my phone.
That is unacceptable to me.
There is also a much bigger issue here concerning vulnerable customers.
UK telecommunications providers operate under Ofcom rules concerning the fair treatment of vulnerable customers and people experiencing financial difficulties. Ofcom's General Conditions include requirements concerning the treatment of vulnerable consumers and the way providers deal with customers where bills have not been paid.Ofcom's published guidance also makes clear that providers should, where appropriate, take account of individual circumstances, make efforts to prevent disconnection where possible, allow people time to obtain help and support, discuss reasonable repayment arrangements and use appropriate methods of communication.
Given what happened to me, I believe Sky should explain precisely what procedures were followed before restricting my service, what warnings were issued, when they were issued, and what consideration was given to vulnerability and individual circumstances.
I am not claiming that simply having disabled parents means that a mobile company can never restrict a service. What I am saying is that telecommunications companies need to understand the real-world consequences of suddenly removing someone's ability to communicate.
Mobile phones are not toys.
People use them to contact elderly parents, disabled relatives, carers, taxis, hotels, family members and emergency assistance. They are often the only communication device somebody has with them.
That is why the manner in which restrictions are imposed matters.
Sky - over promise and under deliver
Sky has become an organisation that doesn’t give a hoot about customer service. Misleading customers by promising next day delivery for phones, promising the next day it’ll be delivered the next day, surprisingly still no delivery. Over promise and under deliver must be their new mantra and the “customer service agents” seem to have free rein to say what they like to get you off the phone. Dreadful.
I’ve been with sky for 9 years
I’ve been with sky for 9 years, 8 months… “Valued, loyal, platinum customer” my ass! Sky decided to take down the local mast with no notice to hundreds of customers with no contingency plan, no mitigation planning, and ZERO customer care in place which resulted in sporadic txt service since mid August 2026 through to 18- Sept 26 when I finally migrated to EE this took a whole 9 days to get my PAC code and not the 2 minutes stated by Ofcom! Tons of messing around passed from pillar to post, lied to on multiple occasions and my eSIM having no network from 7-Sept- 26 and that’s only because I had been down London for a week or I think it would have been a lot longer! So I voted with my feet and took my broadband with me! Disgusting customer service!
ordered an Iphone 18 pro
ordered an Iphone 18 pro, was suppose to be delivered today,
poor support service, failed delivery with no reason
Rubbish network.
I had to go to Sky Mobile to get the phone I wanted after being with 3 for many years. What a mistake that was. Half of incoming calls go straight to voicemail for some reason, presumably because of a weak signal. I constantly get a no internet message even if I am in busy areas where I didn't have a problem previously. I know they piggyback the O2 network, so I thought they might be ok. WRONG.
