Hi Vijay, sorry that you feel this way.

1. We have necessary authentications during login and other account level actions. We have all security certifications to safeguard our customers.

2. We receive thousands of payments every month and this is because our VA can be used for any bank to bank transfers and can also be integrated with most platforms like Upwork, Deel, Amazon Global. There are few platforms which only allow American residents or Amercian Businesses to onboard which we cant support as of today.

3. We have hundreds of customers using their Skydo account with their Upwork and always appreciate the seamlessness we have built for Upwork payments.

We are unable to see any account in your name integrated with Upwork yet. We request you to first try this and then mention truths in your reviews.

Hi, Skydo is responsible to make sure that all the business payments are compliant as per RBI's PACB guidelines. In a few payments we need additional documents to conduct due diligence and ask the same for exporter.

Businesses doing compliant activities are able to publish these documents when asked for and are happy using Skydo for our compliance promise along with seamlessness and cost effectiveness.

When businesses are unable to to publish required documents for proving export business, we need to offboard them.

We can only support payments against exports with some exception of Industries like "precious gems" and cant support any "P2P payment" or "services rendered in India" use-cases.

As a licensed entity we are responsible for conducting the right checks and to only serve compliant exporter businesses and off-board others.

We currently align our support hours to Indian bank's processing hours and India forex market hours, so that your payments do not get delayed.

We understand that this can be a hassle sometimes, but we request you to not base your trust on this. We are trusted by thousands of customers and are licensed by RBI for enabling cross-border payments.

Hi Christian,

After reviewing your business and payment activities, our bank partner determined that it was outside of their risk appetite, and took the decision to close your account.

These compliance policies are globally applicable and are stringently applied to international payment use cases, and it is our responsibility to abide by the decisions made as per international payment guidelines.

We strive for transparency and fairness, but these decisions are made after detailed risk assessments and there is no flexibility in such cases.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
