Best Platform for International Payments
We have been using Skydo to receive international payments and had a fantastic experience. The funds are wired faster with minimum charges. I must also add that our point of contact Subhan has been very helpful in clearing all our doubts and queries.

My goto international payment service
Things that went great:
- regular checkup by the team to make sure if I'm facing any issues.
- amazing and smooth onboarding, went without a single problem. Just make sure you have all the documents required.
- insanely good UI and UX. I have used paypal and payoneer as well. Skydo is Gold compared to them. I even closed my account with Payoneer after this.
- Quick resolution: Had a name issue, got it resolved in 10mins. Payoneer took 2 working days.
The product is already great. But some things that could have been better.
- if a list of documents is shown that's required before starting the onboarding journey, it would be helpful.
- another rate slab for smaller payments.

We appreciate your point about showing the list of required documents upfront. Just to share some context — after verifying your Aadhaar and PAN, we do provide a tailored list of documents based on your account type (sole proprietor, freelancer, etc.) to ensure a smoother onboarding experience.
On the rate slab for smaller payments — we hear you! We actually offer a subscription model called Skydo Plus. You can top it up with $100, and going forward, a 0.3% of transaction + $5 will be deducted per transaction, making it more cost-effective for frequent or lower-value transfers.

Hassle Free experience
Have transferred around 8000$ of invoices till now from deel.com, never had an issue. It automatically maps multiple invoices for a single payment and generated proper FIRA for each invoice. Great experience overall, would recommend.

A reliable and easy payment solution for receiving money in India
I have been using Skydo for the last five months. I found its UI very easy to understand. It provides timely notifications about fund transfers, and it has many useful features built into the dashboard that are free to use.
Receiving a payment usually takes 2-3 days for me, and the rates are good and flat fees is the lowest in the market according to my research.
Their support and sales representatives are always just a WhatsApp message away. I always recommend this to all my friends and family.

Worked out really good for me
I am a freelancer and received payment from two different clients from US. The team has been really supportive. I really like the flat fee structure. And the automatic generation of all the documents you need (FIRA/FIRC).

Not an trustworthy company
Not an trustworthy company for receiving international payments. They will suspend your account anytime without informing you and hold all your funds permanently. And wont release to you or refund to client. Even their customer support speaks rubbish and if you create support ticket, they wont respond. Nearly lost 3000 pounds and still now not recovered from them. Awful Experience.

We have been granted the PA-CB license by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) a license issued only after extensive due diligence and multiple layers of checks by both the RBI and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
This ensures that Skydo operates within a tightly regulated framework and adheres to all compliance and security standards.
Please note that in situations where we are unable to proceed after a thorough review of the transaction and business details—as required by RBI guidelines—we initiate a refund of the funds back to the original source account.
Also when we close the account we duly inform you about the same.
Additionally, our customer support team is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, and is committed to resolving all queries.
If you've raised a support ticket and haven't received a response, we request you to reach out again at support@skydo.com with your registered details so we can prioritize and investigate your case.
Worst Payment Gateway Provider ever…
Worst Payment Gateway Provider ever seen. I have received two payments from same customer on different date. First they accepted the payment and deposited in my account. One person from this firm named shuban helped me. The second payment from same customer kept hold for 4 days and on settlement day they mentioned further one more day for review and finally suspended my account without a prior notice stating that "we regret to inform you that we have had to close your Skydo account, effective immediately too to comply with our risk policies. " I contacted their support but no one responding and the IVR asked me to mail their support. Now all the pending funds has been refunded to client. I choosed them because of Indian Firm but they behaved like scammers and frauds. Better avoid these type of Indian Scammer Payment Gateway providers. There is better options like Wise, Airwallex, Payoneer, Revolut, Mercury, Chase as alternatives. Really Pathetic Experience. I never recommend these kind of fraudent firms to anyone.

As part of these compliance checks, we conduct periodic reviews of accounts and transactions. In cases where we are unable to proceed with a business after completing the checks, we communicate the closure to you and initiate a refund of any pending payments back to the original source account—as per standard regulatory procedures.
We understand how disappointing it can be to have your account closed unexpectedly. However, such decisions are never made lightly and are always guided by RBI’s compliance standards.
