Avoid this company/service at any cost!
Worst customers servcie amd support ever.
I ordered with additional pay fee for a 3 days delivery . I never received anything and after more tyan one month they still do not bother about it and said that's on my charge to check with the courier ( that still missing the package). Meantime I already started to oay for tye "service" anf they also now asking me for the modem/receiver fee of 200 euro....

Ärger nach Kündigung von SkyDSL - gut begonnen, schecht beendet

Habe SkyDSL über ein Jahr genutzt. War weitgehend gut, allerdings die Latenzzeit fast eine Sekunde.

Da zwischenzeitlich Fieberglas verfügbar ist, habe ich gekündigt.

Wie per email von SkyDSL gewünscht habe ich alle gelisteten Komponenten zurück gegeben. Dann kam die Rückforderung einer Wandhalterung ( wie bei einer Bewertung unten), die ich nie gebraucht habe, da ich direkt auf dem Dach montieren konnte.

Dabei wurde mir nicht einmal mitgeteilt, was man mir für diese Wandhalterung abziehen will. Für mich zweifach irritierend:
- meine Frau und ich können uns nicht an eine mit gelieferte Wandhalterung erinnern
- man möchte mir etwas abziehen für eine Komponente, deren Rückgabe per mail nicht einmal angefordert wurde

Da der Abzugsbetrag für die Wandhalterung ca 40 € betragen hat, lasse ich es darauf beruhen.

Aber für Andere damit keine Empfehlung. Da ist Starlink (oder wie in unserem Fall Kabel) preislich gleichwertig, technisch besser und eine Rückgabe deutlich einfacher.

Schade, dass man einen bisher zufriedenen Kunden so behandelt.

schlecht, schlechter am schlechtesten

ich habe Sky Dsl seid 2 fast zwei Jahre, ich habe es wenn es hoch kommt 6 Monate nutzen können, die restliche zeit war kein Signal, ich habe extra einen Baum gefällt, half nichts , am 11.11.2024 war ein Techniker da der hat es nach über 5 stunden geschafft einzustellen am Sonntag wieder kein Signal, am Montag rief ich bei Ski dsl an und das war dem Techniker ( wenn es überhaupt einer war) so was von egal, das sagte er mir auch noch am Telefon, habe mich zig mal über den Service beschwert aber keine Reaktion, habe es am Montag den 11.11.2024 fristlos gekündigt, verweigere jede weitere Zahlung an Ski DSL und lasse es auf ein Gerichtsverfahren ankommen. Ich bin 50 % schwerbehindert , nach wierbelseulenbruch, und das sagte ich dem Techniker auch und auch das es regnet, er sagte ich soll aufs Dach steigen und schauen ob Wasser in der Membrane ist, ich fragte ihn wie ich das mit meiner Behinderung machen soll? seine Antwort, das ist nicht mein Problem. Habe heute die Rechnung des Techniker per Mail an SKY dsl geschickt, mit der Aufforderung zur Bezahlung . Ich habe jetzt einen Vertrag bei der Kongruenz gemacht, hoffe das geht besser

Een slechter bedrijf voor internet is er niet.

Een slechter bedrijf voor internet is er niet. Abonnement in Frankrijk. Duur. Nooit de snelheid die wordt beloofd. Zeer trage en onstabiele verbinding. Zelden reactie op je reclamatie. Of een reactie die niets zeggend is. Na een Russische hack na inval in Oekraine een half jaar geen internet gehad. Wel bleven ze de 70 euro per maand incasseren. Opzeggen kan alleen als er een contractjaar is verlopen. Kan niet per maand. Administratie is een drama. Na opzegging torenhoge onterechte facturen gekregen. Na dreiging met rechtzaak van onze kant kregen we creditnota.

Do not go with this company

Do not go with this company. They take money illegally from your account for large amounts and then do not refund you. Please read the contract carefully as they take out a large amount for the equipment when you sign up. They say they refund to you after you cancel the contract and return the equipment. However this is not the case. They try to take the money for the equipment again after the cancellation despite having returned the equipment. Once they have authorisation to take money from your account they can basically take what they like and it is difficult to stop them. They do this by taking your card details rather than setting up a direct debit or standing order. They are a nightmare to contact and try to sort out financial issues.

Un cliente con loro profilo business con problemi di connessione non è stato minimamente considerato.
Il cliente è il 51025021.
Da sistemista informatico non posso che sconsigliare questa connessione.

Mi unisco a tutti gli scontenti di questo disservizio.
La compagnia più pessima mai provata,internet ultra lento e basta una nuvoletta per far sparire il segnale. Oltretutto avendo comprato modem e parabola ho una bolletta altissima. Mi hanno proprio fregato promettendo un servizio impeccabile e invece..come dicono già in molti stateci mooolto lontani!!

Be warned

I have been with this company Sky DSL since December 2020. Every year they charged an extortionate fee on top of the monthly tariff. When the weather was bad no service. Every year it got worse. Customer service was a joke. Same rude woman every time. When I cancelled my contract they told me on the phone the hardware which was already second hand would cost €99. Then they sent an email telling me it would be €199. Today they charged my bank nearly €450. I have ordered my money back. They said they would take the €199 from my bank. I agreed to that. Not full whack for a system that was already second hand. They didn't take anything from my bank from the 24 of April when the contract ended until the 1 June. I will be denouncing this company. I've read so many bad reviews about this company just lately. Just wish I'd seen it before I got a contract with them. I've heard they send debt collectors after people who have already paid. I'm keeping all my evidence and have an appointment with my solicitor as well and my bank. I just wish I'd never heard of this company. I'm now with starling and couldn't be happier. What a shame they weren't available in 2020.

I live in a remote area of Spain and contacted Sky DSL for information on Internet provision. I was assured that they could offer a high standard of service which would cover all aspects of home usage. I explained about the devices in use and that we watched UK TV. Not a problem I was told, watch our video see what a great service we provide, and you can install it yourselves as it is very simple. It seemed absolutely ideal, so we ordered the equipment and it came within a few days. It was a lot larger than we had anticipated and very complicated we decided to have a technician install it and Sky DSL recommended a technician from Granada. It took him 6 hours to install!
Once fitted it was apparent that the Internet was not sufficient for our needs Tv buffering and internet very slow, we contacted Sky DSL and received a telephone call to discuss our issues. Apparently after 2 and half days we have used up our data, we should not be watching the TV or using the computer as although we have a decent package it is not designed for such heavy useage. We are just a normal every day family, customer service representative was unbelievably rude, stating that as we were old we should not live in a remote area and that we couldn’t support the equipment. Under the contract which I have never signed we can cancel free of charge within 30 days of activation. But, we will have to dismantle and return to them. This service is not fit for purpose, the company are making claims which are untrue and they need to be made accountable as they are a disgrace, also their customer service woman needs to either be given training on her relationship skills and how to deal with situations in a professional and respectful way.
My advice to anyone thinking of using this company DONT.

Quality not sufficient to work and service is crap

First the quality of the broadband (south Belgium) was extremely unstable. Not sufficient to work remotely. Then, i changed my bankaccount. The procedure to get a domiciliation with them is a real mess so i paid via wiring. As far as they cannot generate a structured communication (i am not kidding), they charge me €5 per payment ...

SkyDsl gekauft montiert

SkyDsl gekauft montiert, angeschlossen und installiert. Alles 100% wie beschrieben. Hat auch funktioniert, aber leider nur kurz. Danach ging so gut wie gar nichts mehr. Öfters mit dem Kundendienst telefoniert, aber diese wussten nicht (?) woran es liegt. Dann habe ich gebeten um das Sende- Empfangsmodel und das Viasat Modem umzutauschen aber dies wurde verweigert denn nach ihren Angaben und Messungen (?) hatte ich in einem Monat angeblich über 725 GB (!!) verbraucht. Absolut lächerlich denn diese 725GB sind nicht bei mir angekommen aber wahrscheinlich unterwegs irgendwo über den vielen Servern oder anderswo verschwunden. Weil ich nicht geholfen wurde und keinerlei Unterstützung von SkyDsl mehr kam habe ich meine Vertrag gekündigt. Ich habe jetzt LTE von Freenet (O2) mit dem Fritzbox 6890. Viel besser.
Der SkyDsl-Schrott steht jetz im Lager.
Alle pos Bewertungen bei SkyDsl können also nicht stimmen.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Habe skydsl seit 5 Jahren. Seit dem Desaster mit Beginn des Ukrainekrieges als die Modems geschrottet wurden einfach nur noch schlecht. Kein Arbeiten mehr möglich. Ständige Verbindungsabbrüche...Katastrophe.
Nun gekündigt und Starlink bestellt. Schlechter kann es nicht werden.

had SKYDSL for 2 years and a very poor service during initial installation was charged 1500 euros as a deposit for their equipment which would be refunded once subscription was cancelled, cancelled at end of 2023 and told they would keep charging to feb 2025, asked them when i could expect refund on deposit and was told no refund as equipment was mine. Equipment in garage with no refund found out today they had stolen 570 euros from my account. I have never dealt with a more corrupt useless company in all my years.

NOOIT MEER ERG SLECHT

We hebben nu 3 jaar skydsl gehad en zijn helemaal niet tevreden. Hadden we de reviews maar eerder gelezen dan waren we er nooit aan begonnen.
We hadden het duurste abonnement met streaming optie in Frankrijk. Daar zit dus ook een soort club lidmaatschap aan vast dat je jaarlijks betaald. Helaas een maand na het verstrijken van de 3 jaar stopt ( de 2e modem ) slechte kwaliteit dus....we hadden het pas 1 jaar....( de eerste deed het niet meer na de Russische hack aan het begin van de oorlog ....en kunnen we er niets meer mee . Een nieuwmodem kost 275 euro...... we besloten ons lidmaatschap op te zeggen...( beste beslissing ooit....) maar blijkbaar krijgen we ons club lidmaatschap geld niet meer terug terwijl er nog 11 maanden te gaan zijn. Dieven zijn het!!!!! Gelukkig zijn we er bijna vanaf.
