My laptop was repaired and upgraded within a couple of days at a very reasonable price. Skynet are efficient and friendly. I couldn't recommend a better company to get you out of IT trouble.

On-line advice on printer setup
I have had problems with using a printer in wireless mode. The adviser was extremely patient and helped me through every stage of changing over to cable feed and checked that I understood the procedure. The problem was resolved completely

Always a helpful and friendly service
Always a helpful and friendly service! We have used Skynet for a couple of years and have always been happy with the service they provide. Calls are always answered and they go over and above to make sure they help us get back on track.

Worked with these guys recently on an IT project and they’re extremely proficient, professional and knowledgable whilst also being down to earth and friendly.
A great mix of skills that are very rare these days in any industry but specifically in the small business tech space.

I would give Skynet 6 stars if…
I would give Skynet 6 stars if possible, they have never failed to resolve any IT issues we have most issues are resolved within minutes of our support call, all the guys at Skynet are really helpful and go above and beyond the level of service we actually pay them for, great team, would thoroughly recommend them to any company looking for IT support.

Brilliant Service
We have used Skynet for several years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The guys there are always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We know we can call them and they will sort out any problems or fix issues really quickly. Not only are they efficient and helpful but also a really nice bunch of guys. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent IT service provider

Excellent customer service from the point of initial contact to resolving the issues I had with my PC, keeping me updated without having to chase.
Very helpful, knowledgeable staff that are easy to engage with despite my lack of computer knowledge! Highly recommend Skynet ICT!
