I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Skynet Worldwide Express UAE on multiple occasions, and each encounter has only solidified my disappointment in their services. Over the past month, I've had to cancel three separate orders due to the company's consistently poor performance, leading me to question their training and operational standards.
Firstly, the drivers appear to have minimal, if any, training regarding the areas they are delivering to. This lack of local knowledge has resulted in numerous delays and misrouted packages. It's perplexing how a delivery service can operate effectively without a fundamental understanding of the geography they are servicing.
Furthermore, the issue of misinformation is rampant. The drivers consistently provide inaccurate delivery times, often claiming to have attempted delivery when, in fact, no such attempt was made. This is not just an inconvenience; it's a breach of trust between the customer and the service provider.
The customer service experience does little to remedy the situation. Contacting the call center turns into an odyssey of its own, with long hold times being the norm. The representatives, when finally reached, often resort to making up excuses or displaying a lack of concern for the issues at hand.
After three failed delivery attempts in just one month, my patience and trust in Skynet Worldwide Express have been thoroughly exhausted. I find myself hoping that Amazon reevaluates their partnership with this company as an authorized third-party deliverer. A service that consistently fails to deliver (quite literally) not only inconveniences customers but also reflects poorly on the businesses that rely on them for shipping.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Skynet Worldwide Express based on my experiences. The combination of poorly trained drivers, misinformation, and lackluster customer service makes for a frustrating and unreliable delivery service. I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken as a constructive call for significant improvements in their operations.

Worst Courier Company in Malaysia
Hands down the worse experience I have with a courier company in Malaysia. Item shipped on Friday and item has been stuck on "Departed to WHR" for the past three days. Suddenly status changed to delivered but no calls from them or received anything. Called the customer service and all I got was attitude from the agent and made it seem like it was my problem. Checked the status again and it went back to "Departed to WHR". Why does it take one week to send from sorting facility to warehouse? Usually for other courrier company's i wouldnt mind waiting but with all the reports on missing items by Skynet I am worried.

Skynet is the worst delivering service. First I get the wrong package delivered the I'm waiting for an urgent package and have a waybill tracking number. Trying to get hold of the call centre is a nightmare. Waited for 10 minutes. Eventually got through and they cant get hold of the driver. I'm still waiting for my package. I wish that all my suppliers would rather use the Courier Guy. Never had any problems with them. Will really have to take this up with my suppliers to change courier companies

La spedizione è stata creata il 21luglio2023 ed è stata ritirata da TNT(ho la ricevuta firmata dal corriere) il 24luglio. La consegna era prevista per il 31luglio2023. La destinazione era Philadelphia, Stati Uniti. Il pacco era accompagnato da documenti per la dogana.
La consegna non è mai avvenuta.
Ho chiesto più volte notizie via email a SKYNET che ce l'ha in carico, ma non ne ho ricevute. Mi è solo stato detto ogni volta che mi avrebbero fatto sapere. Controllando il Tracking dal sito di SKYNET sembra che il pacco sia fermo a New York da più di un mese ormai.
La cliente che ha fatto l'acquisto ha chiesto il rimborso e dovrò pagare un ulteriore spesa di 15euro come chargeback fee.
Ho già lasciato scritta una recensione, ho avuto una risposta su Trustpilot immediata e via mail, poi più nulla. Neanche davanti alle mie ulteriori richieste di info sul perchè il mio pacco sia scomparso dal sistema tracking. Il brutto è che in futuro potrei ritrovarmi con lo stesso problema, visto che regolarmente mi affido ai corrieri che si avvalgono del servizio di SKYNET.

La peor experiencia de envío
Envié dos paquetes desde España hasta Suecia. Uno llegó sin problema y con el otro me pusieron mil excusas al preguntar donde estaba, ya que el número de seguimiento marcaba países que no coincidían y nunca se entregó.
Al principio me atendieron bien, pero a ver que no se solucionaba, me empezaron a hacer triquiñuelas diciendo que "faltaban detalles" (el otro paquete se había entregado correctamente). Resumo muy brevemente para saltar a la siguiente parte.
Ya estaba desesperada por la gestión, tras más de un mes esperando una solución, y me ofrecieron PAGAR por la devolución a domicilio, o al destinatario. Facilité de nuevo los datos de envío para el destinatario e incluso añadí un email extra para recibir las alertas que decían que se habían mandado previamente (que no habían llegado nunca para el otro).
Tras días vigilando el número de seguimiento y viendo como pasa de país en país, mientras se marcaba como entrega programada el día 19 de junio, me encuentro con que lo marcan como "entregado" en el domicilio, y no ha llegado nada.
Al llamar a Post Nord en Suecia, les ha costado dios y ayuda encontrar el número y detalles, y finalmente nos han dicho que la empresa NI HA INTENTADO ENTREGARLO. Que lo mandaron directamente a España sin dar explicaciones y que no han intentado entregarlo.
No tengo información, detalles, ni manera de contactar para que alguien me de información real y un intento de solución. Mientras: sin paquete y con más cargos por parte de Skynet que no entregan el puto paquete.
