Mijn bestelling werd eerst niet geleverd omdat er niemand thuis was. Ik had een briefje gekregen om een nieuwe leverdag te plannen. Dat lukte eerst niet, de site gaf aan dat mijn bestelling al geleverd was.
Ik las daarna al deze slechte reviews en had weinig vertrouwen over.
Toch heb ik toen gelijk een mail gestuurd en gelukkig kreeg ik direct de eerst volgende werkdag een vriendelijke reactie terug en kon ik daarna moeiteloos opnieuw inplannen en kreeg ik precies op geplande dag en tijd alsnog mijn bestelling!
Erg blij dat mijn wantrouwen onnodig bleek te zijn! :)

Slowest delivery, False "out-of-delivery" status
Regardless of the item (small and big), it took them three attempts of "out-for-delivery" status in three days only to deliver out the item. Horrible experience.

Worst service one can experience. And this is not the first time. My freeze's door was dented seriously. The newly purchased item from lazada is damaged, and the packaging box also damaged seriously. I wonder will the management seen the bad review rating here. Those workers are not careful and not helpful in delivery goods, no dedication putting on their works. I wonder how will the company make money if the expensive appliance got broken during their delivery process. Is clearly wasting the item, wasting the time of many party and wasting my time from purchasing to returning the broken item.

The delivery man is the worse of the worse he dont want to go down to his vehicle and he want the customer to pick up the delivery 1 block away!!! The last time i read it is door to door but the delivery man is very lazy!!!! This is the 2nd time i encounter this delivery guy bad attitude and arrogant!!!!!

He contratado sus servicios a través de Packlink y al ver que no recogen el envío en tiempo y forma, he llamado 2 veces y escrito hasta 4 correos para obtener una sencilla información. En la segunda llamada me atiende un tal Javier y me dice que no me puede atender porque no soy "su cliente", me niega pasarme con un responsable, me pone en espera hasta que finalmente cuelgo, durante la llamada el tal Javier, constantemente me da órdenes, "entienda", "debe entender", etc hasta colmar mi paciencia con su nula educación.
A ver Skynet, para confirmaros que asumo gastos derivados de un envío, existo, pero si os llamo porque no respondéis a una simple pregunta "vais a ir o no vais a ir a recoger que tengo una persona de 81 años esperando desde las 9 de la mañana??" no os molestáis en contestar y que me busque la vida porque no soy cliente vuestro sino de Packlink. Como para volver a contratar cualquier servicio en el que vosotros seáis intermediarios...

A friend of mine from the Dubai location sent me a package here in Canada last April13,2021. Its already end of August. Been emailing back and forth for the Dubai and Canada location and both locations are unaware that there is a package. Both blaming at each other. If you want to be a successful courier service, do your jobs properly!!! Technically your company is just a bunch of thieving scammers taking people’s money

RE: skynet21 .. Ok, I've been getting scam calls claiming they're from my service provider and they want to fix my connection as its too slow. They ask me to restart my router then type in an address that begins with skynet21.weeby(dotcom) I always take them that far just to waste their time but never actually type it in. It's always from a noisy call centre and a southern asian accent. .. I did a search for skynet and it brought me here. I suspect skynet is a malaysian dot com that allows anyone to operate their corrupt services from there. I also suspect that the reviews that tell of an excellent service are made by the operators themselves. DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING WITH A SKYNET ADDRESS

The Worst service ever. I sent garments from UAE to Pakistan as gifts. After one week i was asked to pay 100% as duties and after that box was opened and said it contained indian original garments so they can not be delivered.
I paid twice for courier charges and customs and still it was not delivered.
They are criminals so never work with them.
Not worth your time or money
Im not sure what’s up with this company. I made an order from Milan Italy and was told id have my item in no more than 8 days to U.K. It’s been 16 and they have no idea where the item is. The makeup company is big so I don’t understand why they use this service!? I’ve been buying makeup from them for 3 years and they still use this company. I only make an order 1 time a year because I hate the delivery system. If they delivered in 8 days as promised I would be buying makeup from them every month. I don’t understand why a company would loose business to associate themselves with such a horrible shipping company.

Don’t use Skynet Malaysia services. If you know the local freight forwarder is Skynet, just find other company. They are very dishonest and stole my expensive toaster. The staff told me seen my item but now just told me Lost in transit. They only pay me rm$100 compensation which I have lost 90% of my money. Stop using this lousy company and not deserve even 1 star.

Worst experience ever. Don't use them
This is my first time using Skynet. I ordered products at iHerb and chose Skynet as a delivery company because if I spent a certain amount money, it'd be free shipping. Now I regret that I did not choose another option which is DHL.
It's been 2 weeks since I ordered. I understand it's international shipping and it takes time.
I got a short message at 12:13PM from Skynet which said they are on the way to deliver today(25/6/2021).
I expected getting my package today according to their short message... I mean... who didn't, right?
I've waited patiently the whole goddamn day at home and never received my package. Not even got any calls or messages about delay or whatsoever. As the tracking system shows my package is still "OUT FOR DELIVERY".
Just WOW. I wanted to call customer service but haha of course they don't operate Sat&Sun. The question is, where the heck is my package?
Just don't send short messages if you can't fulfill please.
Such a disappointment.
