Absolutely appalling from start to…
Absolutely appalling from start to finish. They lie profusely, asserting that delivery has been attempted and phone calls made. People in the house all the time and phones never switched off. CCTV also proves their attempted deliveries are just fictional. They take your money and just don’t provide a service. Basically a scam.
Lousy courier company ever!!!!
The seller from Melaka courier the parcel on the 4th June 2021, that parcel has arrived Puchong on the 5th June’21. However, until today 12th June, no news from Skynet. I have been trying to contact them many times, but up to no avail. They have not responded to all my emails. Such a lousy courier company. Pls do not use this courier company anymore. Banned SKYNET!!!

If there was 0 star I would have rated that. Horrible service extremely unprofessional and rude employees. They charged me hidden tax and duty charges of 20$ and when I contacted them to ask the person told me he won’t help and hanged up

Boxes never arrived and unprofessional service
Very slow and unprofessional. After two weeks I don’t know where my boxes are, tracking number from the sender side said there are problems with the delivery but the customer service from the destination side saying the boxes never arrived at the destination and still in Europe.
Other company takes max 5 days for the same route.

Aquí estoy todavía esperando que venga el chaffeur que tenía que recoger el paquete hace dos dias...
Había reservado la fecha del 4 y es el 5 a las 7,30pm y mi paquete sigue aquí. Una de las peores empresas. Aprender de amazon inutiles!
Slechte ervaring
Slechte ervaring mee gehad. Geen aanrader voor bloemen en planten. Levering zou op vrijdag plaatsvinden maar zonder bericht verschoven naar maandag. Dat doet natuurlijk wat met de kwaliteit van de producten. Vervolgens wel alles factureren. Ik voel mij opgelicht.

Zeer slecht! het pakketje van Kiko Milano is nooit bij ons thuis aangekomen.
We moesten continu hiervoor bellen naar Skynet.
Telkens zouden we teruggebeld worden door de afdeling import hoe het zat met ons pakketje? maar telkens loze beloftes en geen reactie terug! ik moest eerst een grote mond opzetten ..hierna werd er uitgezocht wat er met de bestelling is gebeurd? uiteindelijk dus zoek geraakt en werd het pakket als vermist opgegeven.Dit eerder melden konden ze zogenaamd niet?! en hier worden ze nu voor betaald. Voor slechte service die nog geen ster waard is!!! SCHANDALIG.

El servicio telefónico no puede ser…
El servicio telefónico no puede ser menos incompetente y maleducado. Parece que se les olvida que están ahí para ayudar al cliente y sin embargo te tratan con una actitud soberbia y maleducada. No puedo estar mas descontento con el trato telefónico que acabo de recibir por parte de la chica que me ha atendido. Sin duda será la última operación que realice por medio de esta empresa.

Me devolvieron un envío perfectamente reglamentado y con su factura a los dos días de enviar (quedándose el dinero, naturalmente) con la excusa de que no llevaba "Carta de Patrimonio" para exportar obras de arte.
Les dije por activa y por pasiva que no era arte y era un envío particular con su declaración de contenido y factura en la que el número de clasificación tarifario especificaba que no era una obra de arte y con qué impuestos está gravado.
Pues nada, devuelto, perder los 80€ de un envío a USA y al reclamar después de 2 horas para que me atiendan, que me intente colar la misma de la "carta de patrimonio" el de atención al cliente y en cuanto le salgo con que soy asesor fiscal y sé muy bien que me están MINTIENDO 100% con falsa regulación aduanera su tono pasa de indiferencia a miedo, auténtico pánico por su parte tratando de disculparse. Al final me manda a reclamar a Packlink por haberles contratado a través de ellos.
Tendrían que cerrarles mañana mismo y poner a todo el personal en la calle, estafadores, mentirosos, sinvergüenzas.
Menos mal que al día siguiente Packlink les había quitado de sus servicios, aunque sea temporalmente.

I been here a whole year! Best service I’ve had! I feel like family they’re always there to answer my questions and I almost never have any Connection issues! Better than AT&T and Xfinity for me🙌🏽

If I could would give 0 starts. Worst internet worst customer service. 2 hours on the phone and customer service is annoyed at and hangs the phone on us. We can’t even do lessons from home , internet been like this and they keep charging for things. The worst! Stay away! Go for other companies

Contraté a través de Packlink . Paquete de Madrid a Bogotá. Cobraron para entregar la caja allí y se habían robado el contenido. Nadie responde. Packlink se lava las manos. De lo peor esta Sky net. Ladrones. NO LA RECOMIENDO!

What shocking service. Definitely do not recommend this company. Incredibly poor customer service on all levels. Not sure how this business is even still functional!!!???

But it is never possible
that skynet just pretends to ship the packs. This is the fourth time the packages have been returned to me. Without any reason.
They are liars, they take the money for international shipments and then leave the package in place and then return it with excuses that the customs documents were not good.

My package has been shipped (paid for 'Express') almost 2 months ago from Hongkong to Belgium. It has been stuck in Germany for 3 weeks now, I (or even the Belgian department) can't get in touch with Germany, they don't reply to emails, don't pick up the phone,...).
This company is an outright SCAM. My package worth 20000 euro's is lost without any update or communication :) This company has been stuck in the last century and doesn't give a damn about it's customers. DON'T USE THEM FOR GOD SAKE.
