Zero stars Beth Rigby, Frost and the rest can't do their jobs.

Zero stars Beth Rigby, Frost and the rest can't do their jobs. Notification's turned off in the app it's that bad. Might even delete the app it's that bad. I shouldn't have to do that however as complaint's aren't dealt with and the nonsense from the so Jounalist's are that bad. These are mean't to be professional Jounalist's however misleading gutter press. Complaint's have gone in but Sky don't deal with them so gone to the regulatory. These people can't challenge politicians and others that these individuals interview. Farage ran rings around Beth Rigby she reads off her phone doesn't come across as been prepared. The interview with Angela Rayner was unbearable with the tax dodge doesn't have the legal experience however she doesn't have that many qualifications that wasn't challenged at all. Then the interviews with Sir Keir Starmer and Rachel Reeves. That don't really challenge the black hole. Rachel's mis-management of the the economy and her exaggerated CV claims. PM unable to deal with the MP's. Interviews with Kemi are not challenged regarding the looting in London that in Leeds previously were race riots in Harehill's. Covering up that a lot of the looting to do with bad parents when how many arrests were made by the police? The Sky App I've got but the news is just rubbish on it.

Sky news commentators

Sky news commentators, awful unprofessional and can barely string two words together... Errr, emmmm every other word is interspaced with these expressions.. GET people the can read a script or think on the move.. The bias is also incredible .. especially the Iranian commentator who is clearly biased and slips in her pro-iranian views wherever possible, whilst slating the US

Pretending to be sorrowful

The reporter drops her voice in sympathy when film of Lebanese residents pretend to be upset. Note the man who as soon as he looks at the camera he puts on a grimace.

The woman crying isn't convincing.

Show genuine sympathy for Israeli civilians.

Unprofessional adverts

Sky news app expects you to sit through 20 or 30second adverts prior to watching news clips. No thankyou they are just mind numbing rubbish that interupt serious news reporting.
Very disappointing.....

Frost and Ridge

Frost and Ridge - What a mess of a news programme.Frost walking around trying to present infront of an information screen is laughable. You ususally can't see the screen properly. Ridge continually looking at Forst for approval. Poorest news programme I have seen and so in the main I now watch BBC or CNN having used Sky as my normal watch.

Just pathetic

This is just pathetic. I am sick of child news presenters and talking heads, and almost all speaking as if to 10-year-olds. Is that a prerequisite?

It is awful to see people being clearly being employed for DEI checkbox reasons rather than because they are actually good at their job. I say this because they are clearly not any good at their job.

There is a young presenter in the morning who reminds me of my sister pretending to be a news reader when she was a child... but altogether less endearing.

Why, in the Mark Austin News Hour, must it keep cutting away to a child standing outside somewhere (it doesn't seem to matter where) with an funny accent and constantly referring to things 'on the ground' and how she 'feels like' 2+ 2 = 5? I believe she actually has her own slot. It is not as if during that it periodically cuts away to an adult who actually speaks sense. And why, in general, are there so many Americanisms and American accents on a UK news channel? I am starting to hate Sky News. It is becoming as bad as BBC News. Occasionally, I am even turning over to GB News and watching a bit of that! And don't get me started on that nonsense...
I have to keep turning over to whatever is being the least offensive to my sensibilities and intelligence at the time! Do better!

Update 17/3/26: Even worse! The new person who sits in the studio with Mark is even younger, has an even stranger accent, and utters even more bizarre nonsense. I have to switch over. Are there no adult producers left in the building who can teach you your trade?

Renewed Iran conflict.

Business as usual for Sky News. Relentless naysaying. Pathologically anti-Israel. Nothing Trump does can meet with approval, this is absolutely verboten.

Not a single positive comment, no suggestions about what else could be done about Iran. Not one word.

Hoards of hostile, radical guests, dug up from who knows where, given free-rein to attack America, Israel and the West. No one interrupts, cuts them short or attempts to offer an alternative viewpoint. In fact, Sky News has evidently gone looking for them and isn’t aghast at tirades from unvetted interviewees.

Weirdly, the BBC has mostly struck a more balanced tone (imagine that!).

The tired, worn-out refrain, though. Unwise. Doomed to fail. Flying in the face of International law. Civilian casualties, of course, a school…..

Plainly, an Iran with Nuclear weapons is impossible for any sane individual to countenance.

Alternative arguments are just as plainly the province of those permanently residing in LaLa land.

Awful new Sky breakfast format

Since the new duo format on breakfast TV show with Frost and Ridge and Anna jones and Kamali the news programme is hardly watchable. I now watch France 24 mainly. Frost erupts into fits of giggles like a school girl , Kamala mumbles so much he does not present good viewing and he is constantly hogging the table/desk while Anna has to withdraw away from him . The only professional out of these 4 is Anna Jones straight forward, concise and exceptionally clear. Why 2 people ,one person presenting ,as before is good.

Is Wilfred Frost really that thick

Is Wilfred Frost really that thick, if he is get him off the News as he doesn't have a clue what he is talking about.

Biathlon, Winter Olympics is an old military event whereby soldiers, that's real men, travelled from A to B by skis and at the end they fired their rifles and killed the enemy.

Now total rubbish

Sky News has just gone beyond watching now. The new breakfast show is just awful. I like Wilfred Frost, and he is good at what he does, but he is being held back by the match he is with, who continually butts in when interviewing guests. Way too many adverts, along with inserts of rubbish, and that weather globe is beyond a joke, not to mention old hat now. Sky News has/had the potential to be very good, but chose not listen to viewers. Weekends are even worse.

Subtitles on sky news are worst of any TV channel

If possible i would give zero.
I wear hearing aids as i am hearing impaired.
So I have subtitles switched on my TV and sky news subtitles are the worst. Half
the time they are not shown and today the subtitles are on for less than second so can not read before they disappear. I would suggest that sky news get there i.t. to sort out or they should be fired
Another day and subtitles still working, I am not surprised they seem unable to listen and get their act together
