Excellent products buy again quick delevery and quick returns

Bought a suit in the Cardiff branch , after going in to see stock , then viewing other suit / menswear places within the city , I went back to slaters , friendly staff ready to give you your measurements , after trying a few on later in the day , Craig M was great , gave his advice on the fit and how the different materials may sit on the legs . Thought was great , jacket trousers white shirt 180£ was great considering many other options in the capital

Good customer service and iterms are good quality

Horrible experience within the Glasgow store on the 2nd May. It was my intention to buy a few suits for work however the service was appalling to say the least. After trying on the first suit which had to be altered then the 2nd suit which did not need altered, this seemed to take an eternity with the service advisor continually walking away to serve other customers and talk to work colleagues. On trying on my 3rd suit and trying to get the attention of the advisor for advice, he seemed more content on continuing talking to his colleagues. I waited around 30 minutes in the suit with no help from the advisor and then walked out in disgust as I could not wait any longer until a member of staff decides to serve you. I made a complaint to the reception staff downstairs who took my mobile number and e-mail and said someone would be in touch however no one has been in contact. I have an account for over 25 years but with poor service I received and no additional contact I will spend my money elsewhere.

I visited the Canterbury store today to get a suit.

Daniel and Sara were incredible, very friendly and quickly found the perfect suit and got the alterations arranged!

Busy store but plenty of staff. So many beautiful suits to choose from. We were attended too quite quickly by friendly, professional & helpful member of staff Tried the suit on in store but we were unable to purchase that day due to other commitments. There was only 2 left in stock so hence we ordered on line. Took suit back in for the free tailoring service, which is amazing and again staff were just wonderful.
