Fast reliable delivery
Fast reliable delivery, got mine and my sons three peice suits 72 hours after ordering, mine was a little big so returned and got the next size down, now both of us are sorted 👍

Poor service & experience
Ordered a 3 piece suit for my mates wedding, to find out a week later that there has been a discrepancy in your stock system and the item I’ve chosen is actually out of stock.
To add to this, I was given a code to deduct 10% as a “gesture of goodwill” when I already had a 10% discount on my order anyway.
Overall, just really poor experience and service.

Please accept our apologies for the order being cancelled due to a stock discrepancy.
I have checked the order, and I can confirm that at the time it was placed our stock system was showing the suit as available, however when our warehouse staff have then gone to source the item from our branches, they were unable to do so due to a discrepancy on the stock system, and therefore they had to cancel the order.
I have requested that this size be removed from our website, to prevent this issue occurring again in the future.
Once again, please accept our apologies that it took so long to inform you, I can assure you that this is not indicative of the level of service that we expect for our customers.

Great quality, great prices
Good quality suit at very competitive price... had to return first as a little tight across the chest. Returns process very efficient and speedy and second suit arrived in a couple of days - same excellent quality and fits like a glove. Had access to a contact at Slaters throughout and he was very helpful - thanks Mark. Would definitely recommend and although I don't need much in the way of suits etc. I would definitely return to Slaters.

You can return the shirt ordered to us, with tags attached and in the condition sold using one of our free returns services, available through InPost or DPD; https://www.slaters.co.uk/refunds-returns
Alternatively you can return the shirt purchased to one our stores nationwide.
