Ordered in July and money left the account. It's September and still no pillow???? It's very hard to contact this company as they don't seem to respond to emails and take several days to respond (if ever) by insta/facebook.

The pillow of my dreams!
I've been using the omnia pillow for a few weeks now. This pillow is everything I ever wanted! I love how it cradles your face when side sleeping and its perfect when on my back as well. It did take a week or so to get used to positioning properly when rolling onto my side. I woke up a few times on my side in the middle of the pillow rather than on the cradle. But after a few weeks, I can confirm that I am waking up with far fewer sleep wrinkles and less moisture loss on my face.

Best Pillow for Side Sleepers!
The website is easy to navigate and they offer a variety of wonderful products! I ordered the Omnia pillow and the silk pillow case cover and I love it so much!! I have noticed a decrease in the appearance of my wrinkles and I wake up with zero pillow marks on my face.

Overall I like it
Shipping is fast. I waited 24 hours for the pillow to unfold after received it. I do see less puffiness on my face after the first night which is amzing. Definitely need some time to get used to sleeping on it but I think overall it's worth it. Wish more washing instructions are provided for the silk pillow case tho.

Ich habe bei Sleep&Glow bestellt. Ich wollte die Ware zurücksenden, habe dann wie gewünscht das Unternehmen per Mail kontaktiert. Leider habe ich nie eine Antwort erhalten, auch nicht auf meine 2. und 3. Mail.
Auf Instagram haben sie einmal nach meiner Email-Adresse gefragt, dann habe ich nie wieder etwas gehört. Es geht um viel Geld und das Unternehmen stellt sich tot - auf keinen Fall dort etwas kaufen!!

Almohada Omnia y funda de seda
Compré la almohada Omnia y una funda de seda de color rosa. Las dos primeras noches me costó adaptarme a ella pero ya ha pasado casi una semana y creo que puedo decir que me he adaptado a ella. Noto que es más baja que mi antigua almohada pero no me despierto con dolor de cuello. La funda de seda es muy suave. Actualizaré la información más adelante ya que aún es pronto para ver los resultados sobre el tema de las arrugas del sueño pero de momento estoy contenta con la compra.

Ich habe das klassische Sleep&Glow-Kissen mit einem Bezug aus Tencel und Kupfer. Große Veränderungen habe ich bisher nicht bemerkt, aber insgesamt schlafe ich sehr angenehm darauf. Am meisten hat mich nicht nur das Kissen überzeugt, sondern auch das Team: Die Rückmeldung kam sofort, der Support ist wirklich hervorragend. Ich hatte Probleme mit der Postzustellung, aber das Team hat schnell reagiert und mir sofort geholfen. Vielen Dank für diesen großartigen Service!

J’ai acheté le dernier oreiller de cette marque et je suis plus que déçue. Non seulement je suis plus fatiguée et marquée le matin mais en plus j’ai très mal aux cervicales depuis que je l’utilise. J’ai demandé à être remboursée mais j’ai dépassé le délai des 20 jours. En effet j’ai voulu voir si ces désagréments duraient dans le temps. Je ne recommande pas du tout. J’ai jeté mon argent par les fenêtres !

Zuerst dauerte es Wochen, bis ich eine Antwort erhielt. Ich wollte das omnia Kissen zurück schicken. Musste es dann auf eigene Kosten nach NL schicken. Jetzt warte ich auf meine Rückerstattung seit 2 Wochen. Schrecklich diese Firma.

I ordered the pillow Omnia copper defense. Overall, I'm happy with it. However, the pillowcase color is different from the photo on the website. I got a white one while the photo looks green. In terms of experience of usage, it takes a few days to get used to it. Afterwards, it's fine. I haven't felt a huge difference of my sleep or skin yet.
