Tolles Kissen, aber…
Zunächst möchte ich sagen dass mir das Kissen sehr gut gefällt. Es könnte vielleicht etwas weicher sein, aber grundsätzlich habe ich mich schnell daran gewöhnt und habe schon das Gefühl morgens weniger Schwellungen im Gesicht zu haben.
Nun komme ich zu dem nicht so schönen Teil, der wirklich verbesserungsfähig ist.
Nach Abschluss meiner Bestellung sollte per Mail eine Bestellbestätigung kommen. Leider kam nichts. Als ich dann auf einige schlechte Bewertungen gestoßen bin, bekam ich Bedenken und schrieb Sleep and Glow erst per Mail und dann wie auf der Website empfohlen über Instagram an um zu erfahren ob diese Bestellung überhaupt funktioniert hat (zumal ich auch einen recht hohen Rabattgutschein ergattert hatte der auch funktionierte ) oder nicht. Es kam keinerlei Reaktion ! Da das Geld per Paypal abgebucht wurde meldete ich dort ein Problem. Zwei Tage später kam das Kissen, ohne Bestell oder Versandinformationen. Nur eine Info von DHL das ich ein Päckchen bekomme.
Leider war das Kissen bzw. dieser dünne
Stoff der drumrum ist schlecht vernäht (eingerissen an der Naht ), sodass ich die Firma abermals per Mail und Instagram an Sleep and Glow wendete. Wieder keine Reaktion, somit meldete ich abermals ein Problem bei Paypal, die den Fall schon abschließen wollten. Daraufhin kam so eine Standard Nachricht ich solle mich bitte per Mail an den Support wenden - 🙃
Von dem ich natürlich bis heute nichts gehört habe.
Mein Fazit: Kissen gut - Support katastrophal- Sorry anders kann ich es nicht betiteln- Bin gespannt ob ich mit dieser Bewertung die Seidenschlafmaske gewinne 😉

Ich liebe das sleep and glow Kissen! Ich hatte zunächst Sorge, ob es für mich als auch Bauchschläferin Nackenschmerzen auslösen könnte. Im Gegenteil, ich schlafe ganz wundervoll. Das Kissen unterstützt das Rücken schlafen, ermöglicht aber das Schlafen auf der Seite und auch auf dem Bauch sehr gut für mich. Qualität des Kissens und auch das Seidenbezugs hervorragend!

My experience with Sleep and Glow pillow
I received my SleepandGlow pillow in early November this year. I bought the Omnia pillow as it catered for side sleepers. Although you can use it lying on your back. I found it very comfortable and I noticed how the thinner bolster end of the pillow, to be used for under my neck, was very supportive. The cradle is comfortable and I have noticed that I am not getting side wrinkles due to the cradle design. I have slept very well with this pillow and it is well worth the money.

I recently bought the pillow bra from Sleep & Go, and I’m really happy with it so far. The material feels very soft and comfortable, and since I started using it I’ve noticed that I don’t wake up with as many creases in my chest area. Real silk magic
I have had my pillow for about two years now. I just recently bought more silk pillow cases. Gone are any sleep wrinkles as I sleep on my side. Yes, silk is more expensive than polyester, but it's defenetly worth it. Beautiful colors to choose from too.

En tant que dormeuse sur le côté, j’ai du mal à m’installer sur le bord de l’oreiller. Je trouve la zone trop petite et trop haute entre mon épaule et mon visage. Une amélioration est à trouver je pense.
Mais sinon oreiller très confortable. Parfait pour les cervicales et pas le visage de Picasso au réveil.

Vorsicht, keine Rückgabe möglich
Das Kissen Omnia scheint sehr hochwertig, trotzdem nicht kompatibel mit meinem Nacken. Ich wollte also das 20-Tage-Rückgaberecht nutzen. Sleepandglow antwortet mir aber bereits seit zwei Wochen auf KEINE der angegebenen Kontaktmöglichkeiten (zwei Mailadressen und Instagram) Das ist unsäglich und äußerst unseriös. Für ein Unternehmen, das so teure Produkte vertreibt, ist das kein Aushängeschild! Ich werde dort nichts mehr kaufen!!

Do not recommend - does not work
I thought this pillow was promising and had high hopes. I purchased it as an anti-wrinkle pillow , the concept seems great, but in reality the sides are so far apart that when you sleep on your side, your face doesn’t actually fit into the hollow part that’s supposed to relieve pressure. Instead, your face still gets squished just like with a normal pillow. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t buy it again and do not recommend it.

Achtung: Das Kissen kann nicht zurückgeschickt werden
Das Kissen ist vermutlich gut. Für mich war es zu hoch, so dass ich es zurücksenden wollte. Auf der Homepage wird aber nicht kommuniziert, dass es nach Holland zurückgeschickt werden muss. Ich selber habe es von einer Schweizer Adresse bekommen. Zusätzlich zum Porto für die Rücksendung (fast 40 Euro) wären auch noch Zollgebühren von über 70 Euro dazugekommen, die die Firma hätte bezahlen müssen und mir dann von der Rückerstattung abgezogen hätte. Nur ist es nun leider so, dass die Firma die Zollgebühren nicht bezahlt hat. Der Verzollungsprozess in Holland wurde abgebrochen und das Kissen wurde nicht ausgeliefert. Ob es zu mir zurückkommt (und ich dann nochmals Porto zahle), ist ungewiss. Ebenso ob ich nun das Geld trotzdem zurückerstattet bekomme, weil ich ja alles richtig gemacht habe mit der Rücksendung. Also: Bitte kauft dass Kissen nur, wenn ihr absolut sicher seid, dass ihr es behalten wollt.

I have the pillow for several months now, the buying experience went smooth. About the pillow, my main concern was my neck pain and face wrinkles and it helps with both. Gives a nice neck support as well and less pain when waking up. It takes time to make the adjustment to sleep with a new pillow so be prepared as well.

Sleep&Glow Omnia Pillow
I've been sleeping on the Sleep&Glow Omnia for over 2 months now, and I can honestly say it made a huge difference. I wake up well-rested, without facial puffiness or pillow creases. The pillow is comfortable, supports my head and neck perfectly, and I got used to its shape very quickly.
My skin looks better in the morning, and I can't imagine going back to a regular pillow. Definitely worth it!

I did not buy a pillow …
I did not buy a pillow from this company. I have tried a few times but cannot get past their offers for discounts which are not then recognized. For instance, they offer a 20% discount on the pillows. They warn that the discount applies to the least expensive item. So, if you order a pillowcase for the pillow (which is necessary since a pillowcase does not come with the pillow) the 20% discount is applied to the pillowcase, not the much more expensive pillow.
Businesses that operate like this obviously are not selling products they believe in otherwise they wouldn't have to use these scammy tactics.

Still trying to get used to it
The product was shipped in a timely fashion which was appreciated. I am still trying to get used to the pillow. I notice myself waking up more frequently because my neck is uncomfortable and the pillow traps-in my heat. I will keep trying it out and hopefully it will get better.
