The shipping was fast.

The two emails I sent requesting an official receipt were not answered.
I had to text them and a nice lady chatted with me, resulting in a four page receipt which not a “real receipt”. Then, the owner of the company emailed me an official receipt with the part number for the CPAP accessory. All was well at the end. I hope that in the future, if I order from them that it won’t be this much work on my part.

I purchased a higher-capacity battery for my Inogen Rove6. The purchase, shipping, and performance were all perfect.
