I wish I would have read reviews…

I wish I would have read their reviews before I bought my sterns and foster mattress from them . Spent over 2500 . And within 6 months it started to indent. I sent videos, picture's and still they did not stand by the warranty. What a sham! Now I’m stuck with a mattress that has an indention that I roll into mind you I only way 135 so it’s not like my weight has anything to do with it.
So disappointed!!!

Bought an expensive massage chair and it broke

Bought an expensive massage chair from them which came with a FREE extended warranty from a company called guardsman. When the chair broke they said it would be taken care of. Guardsman blew me off for a month then told me they didn’t have cover it because I filled out the emailed form wrong. Sleepgalleria wouldn’t back me up so I had to pay it myself! Do not waste your time or money either company!! They are crooks!!

Thieves

This company stole 2351.96 dollars from me. they took money out of my account for a massage chair , and never sent the purchase . I cannot reach them via phone or email ., they blocked me from communication and now I'm out of my money .please do not send money to these people ! go to lazyboy

I bought a 1621$ Tempur-Pedic mattress…

I bought a 1621$ Tempur-Pedic mattress from them in early September 2023. They did not deliver it till October 2023. After that they called me in late October 2023 and told me Tempur-Pedic was delaying deliveries and that I could change to Beautyrest Black C class with a free movable base thrown in to compensate for the delay in delivery. I agreed for the switch only to realise they filed for bankruptcy just days afterwards. I am now stuck with an absolutely bad quality mattress that I can't use and my $1621 are stuck due to bankruptcy filing. I am sure the owner of Johns Creek, GA store who personally called me and offeredcme to switch will pay for his bad Karma since I have been sleeping on the couch for the past 6 months thanks to him. Please go ahead and buy from them if you think they will treat you differently!

Horrible ownership, like the absolute worst, bankruptcy, delayed or missing pay with all vendors and employees.

Only 'good thing?' the stores smell nice. If it doesn't choke you.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! Ordered mattress on 02/21/2024. $3,025.42. It is now 04/11/2024, I have no mattress, no tracking number, no email response, no chat response, no phone call answers or returns. Me and my bank are fighting to get my money back.. Sucks

Same experience. Paid $2000 for nothing. Sent me a tracking number with a delivery company which was a nonexistant. Got an answering machine saying you're calling during non-business hours. SCAM. I finally reached a store who advised that they filed bankruptcy and call my credit card company for a refund. FRAUDULENT! AND THEY'RE STILL ONLINE AND SENDING ME ADS!
DO NOT GET SCAMMED! STEER CLEAR. I'm calling the state attorney general's office. I'd give them a minus 5 stars if I could. It's taken me from February until now to even know that this "shipping" never occurred, nor wouldn't!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a massage chair Jan 22,2024. Expedited shipping and said it would be delivered between Jan 29 and Feb 6. We call on the 10th and they said that it should ship "shortly". Could not give me a date. Called the next week and I get the same statement "shortly". After continuous calls and continuous "shortly's" customer service quit answering calls, emails or anything. We finally called a store and a manager was able to get us some information. It had just been sitting in their warehouse. No shipping info or anything. We finally received it April 2 2024. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. If it hadn't came when it did we were filing disputes with credit card. Horrible business, horrible customer service.

All of these negative reviews seem to…

All of these negative reviews seem to be true. I ordered a titan pro vigor 4 in February. A week later I was advised to switch my order because that chair is no longer in stock. It’s April and the other chair hasn’t arrived, no updates and the number on there website says I’m calling during non business hours which I’m not and the rep who contacted me to place the order no longer works there.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I order my chair Feb 3rd to sleep in after surgery. It was supposed to arrive by Feb 13th. I called 3 weeks in a row after that date and each week I was told the delivery was pushed out. I emailed the last week of Feb asking for a refund. Crickets! I also disputed the charge with my bank.

I was double charged for a $4179.99…

I was double charged for a $4179.99 Tempurpedic mattress and it took me 9 months to resolve it with my bank bc the Sleep Galleria corporate office does not know how to respond to customer inquiries. Hours and days of my life this took and 6 different appeals on the bank's decisions not to credit my card for the duplicate charge. Feb '23-Oct'23 while charging interest. Worst experience of my life. Go somewhere else. Their accounting practices are questionable. Check out their corporate office reviews as you are at their mercy.

BEWARE when ordering from them!!

BEWARE when ordering from this business! I ordered a massage chair over a month ago and still haven’t received it or even gotten an update about it! I was told I would have it delivered from 7-10 business days, and that came and gone.
Then I was told the first employee who told me that was mistaken and that it would take about 2 1/2 weeks! Well after that period of time still nothing…called back, was promised I’d have it by the 3rd week and no later than the 4th week, and again still nothing. So now I’m trying to cancel my order…and to my surprise they are not email me back or answering any of my phone calls anymore! Definitely beware of ordering anything from them!!! Sure seems like they are scammers!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDULENT INDIVIDUALS !!! My wife and I bought a massage chair almost a month ago from this bankrupt company. We bought a Ogawa chair online from Acworth,GA location.The chair is needed right now because we both have chronic pain due to excruciating back pain, most of the pain usually will diminish once we get a chair. We have moved from one state to another and wasn’t able to haul our massage chair. So we decided to buy another chair. I did my due diligence before buying and saw that Sleep Galleria had really good reviews on their site. I didn’t see this site until I had a bad gut feeling about this company after all of the lies we have been told every time we call their customer service line. We hadn’t received a tracking number for the delivery at all, which the site said you will receive a tracking number in 10 to 14 business days and it states that on their Website when you are buying the chair. We have called numerous times and we just get the run around. They keep saying, it’s a manufacturing problem or you should get a tracking number in a few days. Why sell an item you don’t have???My wife called yesterday, she was told from an agent, that we will receive an email that day and she was saying that I am going to get to the bottom of this being very apologetic and she told my wife that she promise, and that we will get an email from her or from the manufacturer that day with some number with an explanation. We called Ogawa the “infamous manufacturer” and we were told that they don’t do business with Sleep Galleria and that they are bankrupt and that they have received numerous calls from others looking for their massage chair and to try to get your money back. We have filed for an investigation to take place, so we can get our money back. I will get up bright and early tomorrow and raise the alarm to the proper agencies regarding these criminals. And I will do another review later with an update.

Visa gift card is a scam

Purchased a mattress and was promised a 200$ visa gift card. After following up for months, filling out forms and mailing to addresses that were not valid and they were returned, they finally accepted the form via email. After inquiring numerous times as to the delivery of the gift card I received an email saying they filed bankrupcy 6 months ago and could not honor it. Total scam, they never had any intention of honoring this, and just hope people give up.

Gift Card Scam - Bad For Business

I purchased a mattress from Sleep Galleria and never received the $300.00 Visa gift card promised, even after numerus follow ups. I've been following up almost every week and have not received any updates, responses or acknowledgement from "support@sleepgalleria . com". Yet, every time when I called for a status, I've been told to email support@sleepgalleria . com.

There's a 90 day waiting period to file for the gift card. Not sure if I can even dispute the charge since it's pass 90+ days from purchase.

I called the manager at the location where I purchased the mattress, he said gift card is handled by Corporate. No responses from Emily at Corporate to date.

I ordered a massage chair and paid with…

I ordered a massage chair and paid with a credit card. The website indicated the chair would be delivered by Jan. 31. Well into February, I hadn't received delivery. I called, talked to someone who said it would be delivered the following week. Nothing... Then I emailed and texted and attempted another call. No response from any! I contacted my credit card company and issued a dispute. They have until the end of March to respond, but so far nothing after more than 3 weeks. Don't trust these people!

Buyer beware

I ordered a massage chair for my house and told the sales rep that I have a narrow doorway. He reassured me that the chair comes in 3 pieces and would be able to come through a narrow doorway. On the day of the delivery, the chair could not fit through the doorway. The delivery men reassured me that I could decline the delivery, they would take pictures, and I would receive a full refund. That was over 2 months ago and I still haven't received a refund. The customer service department is hard to reach by phone. They are often closed even during their regular business hours. My emails have gone unanswered. It appears that I am just out $4,000. I will keep trying to resolve this, but wanted to post this so others can be aware.

Told me they were under new management…

Told me they were under new management so ignore past reviews. Not true. Terrible. Sent cheaper chair then ordered and kept saying they would correct it but they didn’t. Beware of what their customer support person tells you. It’s not the truth.
