Purchased a Sleeppro Silensor from here…
Purchased a Sleeppro Silensor from here around a month ago. Although it took a little while to come, its completely understandable as only a small team. Sarah and Paul are great at what they do, customer service and the making of the devices. Unfortunately i had a bit of an issue with mine which they couldnt have done any more to help. Which i really appreciate.
Highly reccomend them, and for the reviews complaining about the contact of them, if you cant get hold of them via email just call, easier and answer everytime.
Hats off to a great company.

Life/marriage saving!
Absolutely brilliant customer service.
I originally purchased the pink ladies bundle, I have really bad sinuses and snore like a monster...much to the disgust of my poor husband. So it was time to try anything. Sleep pro was recommended by the Dr from my ENT department. I struggled to breath the first few nights and my jaw was killing me... Hubby said it was bliss though .. I contacted customer service and was offered the contour instead. So I have bad two nights in the contour.... And hubby says it's even better... He can't even hear me breathing... Which is obviously important to his precious sleep 😴. For me though... No pain. And I felt I could breathe.
Highly recommend sleep pro, Def save my husband's life... Cos I'd be throttling him if he kicked me one more time while I slept! 🤣

Three years ago I bought a mould, from this company and it was great. This time around I felt I needed to bring my jaw forward more and got another one. However the quality of the mould was terrible, thin, flimsy, my bottom jaw is misaligned to the left, the mould doesn’t cover my back teeth and digs into the gum. Radio silence when trying to tell them this via the info email, I even sent a comparison of my old mould.

Great experience with this company
Great experience with this company. The moulding process was extremely simple and the quality of the guard I received was excellent and still has plenty of life left in it today. I ordered two, but probably only needed one. The guard itself is perhaps just teetering on the edge of being quite thick, so any advances on a slimline, but robust would be welcome. But overall great experience and customer service.

Dentist wanted nearly £200 for a single…
Dentist wanted nearly £200 for a single mouth guard, having paid £70 at my old dentist I decided to shop around. I'm glad I did because I got 2 hard wearing guards for less than 1 normal guard. Process of taking a mould was daunting, but results were spot on.

Great products, expert advice and excellent customer service
I ordered a custom device from this company a number of years ago which was really effective and stopped me snoring. After a couple of years I no longer needed to use the device as I no longer snored. Recently for some reason I started snoring again and grinding my teeth and my old device no longer worked. I first bought a boil and bite device to see if this would work. It did stop the snoring but unfortunately my teeth grinding meant it didn't stay in place. Sleep pro was great in advising me what device would suit me so I ordered their recommended custom made Silensor device. Again they were so helpful when I struggled to create my mould as I have a smaller than average mouth. Later when the device wasn't quite the right setting and I rang to ask if it could be adapted I was sent a completely new device with a slightly different setting free of charge. The Silensor device I now have is perfect. It is comfortable, easy to insert and has stopped me snoring and grinding my teeth which is brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.

"My initial fear that this night guard would not be as good as the ones provided by my dentist (at 5 times the price) was completely wrong! The mould was easy to make, turnaround time was very reasonable and the night guard is absolutely superb. Perfect fit, no discomfort at all, durable yet slightly softer than ones I’ve worn before and seriously tough. I ordered two spares straight after the first one arrived because I have a talent for loosing them. What a great find, would highly recommend!"

A year ago I wrote this to SleepPro about a mouthguard I bought from them:
'I'm delighted with this. If anything it's better than the over priced ones that dentists get made. It's well constructed and smooth at the edges, was comfortable immediately, all at a fair price. I will definitely be back.'
I was so happy I bought a second one in a thinner form. Both are still going strong and remain in good condition, doing the job I need them to do while I sleep. I would highly recommend SleepPro for mouthguards. Of course, as you get sent the material to form a template for the mould to be made on you have to do this well, they can only form it from what you return to them. But if you get it right they're fantastic.

I bought the sleeppro silensor and it works like a charm. The process of moulding my teeth seemed to work smoothly and the resultant mouth guard is very comfortable to wear and fully effective in alleviating my snoring and sleep apnea. I recommend this device to all my friends.

I am a returning customer, which should help! The first time my sleep mputh guard was a neat looking, and easy fitting thing to use. This time, a bit more clunky, slightly soviet in its looks. Not so good. But it workks. I suppose. Wish it was like the girst one I had.

SleepPro have great customer service. I recently ordered 2 products from but I made a mistake with the order, they were very accommodating and helped me to solve the issue and were very responsive.
Products were also great quality, seamless process from collection to receipt.
I would recommend purchasing products from their website.
