Netjes gewerkt duidelijke communicatie en een mooi strak dak gecoat dankjewel en op naar de volgende

Zeer professionele en fijne mensen! Hebben bij ons op 2 verschillende gelegenheden werkzaamheden verricht. Beide keren erg strak werk geleverd en kwamen hun afspraken netjes na. Zouden ze zeker aanraden 👍

Op dinsdag een lekkage geconstateerd bij ons op het dak. Woensdagochtend contact opgenomen met Slimcoating. Nog geen twee uur later stond er iemand op ons dak voor een schouw. Die middag contact gehad over de prijs. Uiteindelijk besloten om niet alleen een reparatie uit te laten voeren, maar het hele dak te laten vervangen. De dagen erop regende het, dus kon de klus nog niet geklaard worden, maar op zaterdagochtend stonden ze hier met drie man ons dak te vervangen.
Top service, goede prijs, vriendelijke mannen, super resultaat! Dikke aanrader dus!

We hebben goed contact gehad en er is goed werk geleverd

Me and my husband tried to contact this company since 7th Jan 2025 to activate the warranty again (this is the 2nd time that we have a leak on our garage roof). The first time they took a long time to come, but they came and fix, but since January 7th 2025 when we showed to them that we have a second leak on our garage roof it has been really difficult ask them to come to fix this issue since we are during warranty time. First they asked us to send pictures of the damage ob the roof and when we sent, they said that were coming after a few days. Since they didn’t come, I contacted them again to book another time for them to come and fix, they never came. After trying several times contact them to come to fix, my husband took over and tried to contact them too. They promise the same to him, but they never came to fix the roof. Today, me and my husband tried once again to contact them and they were extremely rude with my husband drop off the call in his face and when they call me, they threatened me saying that they don’t like that we call or ask them to come several times and they will come when they can and want to come. I was in shock, because after all they did to us by promising to come to fix several times and don’t coming and without any explanation, they still think that they are right and I need to wait for them to come when they want and doesn’t matter about the damages that I’m having on my roof and my stuff. After listen all of this no sense talk I ask myself, this was different if I was Dutch? Are they being racists with us? Because this it is what I feel

This company renovated the betume at my garage. After 1 year the leakages are still there and now I have even more water on the floor. I tried to complain very kind but the people always lied and they never went to my house to fix the issue. They are very rude by turning off the phone on my face!!!!
In the past I have experience with other companies and this is the worst company I ever had at my home.
