Think again before ordering batteries from this company My new batteries I bought from this company slk batteries was fine I bought them in November 2022 and in June 2023 they are dieing on me after 9months I had them checked by a reputable dealer in Bristol where I live my scooter was in for a yearly service and they said the batteries were knackered so I have been intouch with slk batteries and they told my nephew becouse he ordered them for me in November that they been used wrongly and it do not honour their claim I have had my disability scooter for 5 years and told them that so i know how to Charge my scooter any excuse not give me back my money or new batterie’s insulting my intelligence never ever buy from this company AGAIN absolute Rubbish company

Ordered batteries for next day delivery. Unfortunately didn't arrive. Emailed SLK and was answered by owners.who were on holiday overseas. Took a few days to sirt out be all resolved within a few days.

I bought a new mobility scooter battery via Amazon to replace an old battery no longer holding charge. It was delivered and on opening the box I found it covered in thick dust. After cleaning it I tried to charge it, but it would not work. I called a mobility scooter repair company to check it and they found it was wired incorrectly and the battery casing was cracked. The battery wiring error had blown the fuse in my charger and damaged my scooter electrics. Do not buy from this company, as they also refused a refund or return.

Bought a used mobility scooter with new guarantees on slk 50 ah batteries for £550. I thought I had a good deal until I found out what slk batteries are like. Their guarantee is not worth the toilet paper it is written on. They do not honour their guarantee promises I should have read the reviews first. Absolute scam company. Its right what people say, you only get what you've paid for, lessons to be learned.
