To then find out I was blocked from live chat and 27 emails later the issue is still not resolved . The agents keep saying to contact through email which I’ve done . No contact Centre to call up so you’re stuck in no man’s land . What I thought was a great site has massively disappointed me . Issue still not resolved and im Out of pocket . Sort it out !!
