Avoid. Customer service do not help with anything, they escalate your problem to your VIP manager, the problem is the VIP manager then doesn't respond. My VIP manager was David and had terrible communication rates.

They are running illegally they have no gaming license says they are registered in curcao you can check easy checking system online and they aren't.

Customer services is non existent, they have a live chat but they will just boot you if you raise anything, email service they will not answer I have not had a single reply, they will also take payments without permission or checks. I would have given Slotmonster 4 stars had they put a bit more effort into faking their good reviews on here.
