Process the pending commission, and respond to my emails as soon as possible.
I’ve been working with the affiliate program of this casino and, unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.
While the platform initially seemed promising, I am currently facing an ongoing issue with unpaid commissions.
More concerning is the lack of communication. I have reached out to the affiliate team multiple times via email but have not received any response. This lack of support and transparency makes it difficult to trust them.
I would strongly urge the affiliate team to review my account, process the pending commission, and respond to my emails as soon as possible.
Until this issue is resolved, I would advise other affiliates to proceed with caution.
