They say the process in total for a withdrawal is 7-21 business days. I’m now on 32 business days and my withdrawal is still pending! I just get told ‘soon’

No proper updates just told they are busy

I made a withdrawal of 3000 on the 10th Feb and it’s still pending. The state it’s because the are busy yet over a month is unacceptable. Everytime I try and chat they close it and I just keep being told it’s being processed. They also ignore all emails!

Scam I won £350 over 4 months ago still waiting asked them again today and Chloe who works 24 /7 said be assured that they are very busy and will get it shortly 😡😡😡😡 scam scam scam

Absolute scam do not deposit your money here . I’ve had £250 sat in a withdrawal procedure for over a month ! They just keep telling me there’s a delay. Do not trust theese scam artist!

It's the worst site i have ever played.i have been waiting for many many days for a withdrawal and don't proceed it and they also do not answer to my e-mails.It is a very unreliable site.Do not deposit your money there

I have a pending withdrawal they cancelled it with no explanation, so I reapplyed the withdraw, it is sitting pending! Says In there terms and conditions 2-3days, mines has been sitting over a week..
I’ve emailed many times asking how long will it take, can’t seem to get chat to work??.. always says offline!..
Depositing doesn’t take any red tape or loops to jump through so why is a withdrawal seem impossible!!

I played and won money in May. Despite many attempts I am still waiting for my winnings. Every time I ask they apologise for the delay & say it’s due to a large number of withdrawals. Clearly a scam site. Stay well away. My account has also been verified so there is no reason for them not to pay me

I won a certain amount of money, but I suspect I won't get it back because they say it takes 7 to 21 business days to withdraw the money..It's ridiculous and looks like spam and finally after two month they turned off live chat and no one anymore replied to my emails..So all of you who think to make deposit..Please think twice and Please avoid this gambling site!!!
