Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. I have been waiting over a month for my prescription glasses and still have not received them. Communication has been very poor despite sending multiple emails, reshipping attempts, and repeatedly providing my personal details, nothing was resolved.
There was a clear lack of responsibility taken for the delay, and customer service was unhelpful throughout the process. After a month of waiting and chasing for updates, I am still without my glasses. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Good genuine piece of spectacles from Lacoste, I liked it very much.
There was some delivery related delays, follow-up's needed with the Aramex team, but everything fell in place eventually.
One thing, I am disppointed with your India Courier Partner - DELHIVERY.
They do not respond at all on the call back and have very lazy/laidback attitude.
