This company posts negative reviews and forces companies to pay to have them removed. Not only that, they are very, very, very biased and selective in what they allow to be posted in reviews on their site. I don't mean the basic rules are enforced here either, where your account gets blocked for something childish like cursing or insulting. I mean that if you post a completely honest and sincere review in a professional manner, they will remove it or flag it so that it is not publicly viewable if it doesn't fit their cause. They can, they will, and they do this all of the time.
I, and several others, have posted absolutely devastating reviews about Weedsly.com on Sitejabber. We completely exposed the scam that is Weedsly. Well, Weedsly paid Sitejabber to remove them. I posted a follow up update a couple of months later explaining that my situation was still on-going (in an effort to help keep others from being scammed) and Sitejabber blocked me.
This is what I mean. They know that it is a scam. I even explained in my update that the other big review company, being TrustPilot, removed Weedsly from their platform because they realized that it was a scam. Still, Sitejabber backs and supports the fraudulent company, even though they know that Weedsly also posts fake reviews all over their site. They allow for it to happen because it generates income for them in the end. Because well, Sitejabber is basically an extortion scam in itself. It makes complete sense why they would feed off of each other the way that they do - they're equally as bad as the other.
It is not a reputable review site and they are misleading us in the reviews that they allow the public to see.

Had an email off Sitejabber. Never heard of them, never gave them my email, and they addressed me incorrectly. So, where have I put this email?? in the trash where they belong!
I don't believe the guys who posted most the bad reviews about siteabber!
I signed up with them many years ago back around 2005 roughly.
Jeremy I think, was the main administrator and CEO back then I believe and if possible would always personally deal with any issues.
If I were you I would read the reviews very carefully and judge for yourself because I think there may be some sabotage from other companies.
I used the Monica 'Richard Hannah' back then & probably 2009 was my last edit.
I was very much involved at the beginning of siteJabber when there were very few registered user. My review(as I recall), was very honest and open and positive.
I don't believe siteJabber has gone downhill as badly as some people would like it to have I suggest!

I always refer to them along with trustpilot whenever I google for a site review. Dunno why most rate them badly but they are ok for me so far ...

Scam reviews. They charge business $ to remove negative ratings and give more better ones for $. Best to stick to bbb , trustpilot or sellerratings, were business can't take off negative reviews.

This is to request Site Jabber to assist in solving the lethargic response of Facebook to a Recent Hacking done by an imposter James Paul. This Person has Stolen my identity, on my the site of Nissim Moses Facebook.com to that of James Paul- (From Puerta Rico with an address in New York.) also in addition he has changed my password on Facebook and on every article posted on my Facebook under my name of Nissim Moses Changed it to James Paul. I tried very hard to retire control of my site but till today The Facebook Team has been non co-operative. Even changing my Password which has been change during the Hacking Process is not possible. This implies that Facebook does not check the validity of Password Changes by checking thoroughly the identity of the person requesting the Change. Further Facebook Request a person to select out of some 100 plus forms the correct form and describe to them the problem in less than 500 words the whole complex problem. After some-how making the effort and sending them a request, we have still not received any response or solution to the problem. Please Help. Nissim Moses

For months I tried to warn others about a scam company called finvestings.com who are owned by Sanako Service Ltd who are registered in The Marshall Islands. I am assuming Trust Pilot looked into the company and found that they are a scam company but sitejabber did nothing but allowing fake positive reviews. Totally disgusting

They emailed me to sign up for their service, giving me a link to reviews they have for my business. Upon looking I found 3 fake 1 star reviews for my business in their site. A horrible attempt at manipulating emotions negatively to get sales.
I'm also not interested in reaching out to scammers to get this cleared up with money, they are obviously not real.

They often time lies and do not let me get bakc into my google account and then proceed to presumably assign fake accounts with 1 or 2 reviews to leave a high rating on this site with very little evidence proving such "high quality" and often times have seemingly false reviews and rather...bias, as well as having bad customer support.

Having looked at sitejabber reviews for a company, 50% of the 5 star reviews were actually people complaining about the end company,, there were over 2,000 reviews for this company. Therefore sitejabber is completely fake, they associate a completely different star count then what the reviewer has stated

Can't just post reviews to help people when you want to post you're forced into signing up...wouldn't be so bad if I was forced to upload a receipt for proof of purchase fore their algorithm would probably delete the review. Total BS site.

I’ve just found a review supposedly made by me on sitejabber of a really bad online clothing. The review praises the company. I didn’t write the review but it comes from my profile!!! I also sent a review about 3 weeks ago to sitejabber on a fragrance company (fragrance direct). I wrote a very good review, but sitejabber hasn’t published it. The other reviews on sitejabber are mostly bad for fragrance direct.

SiteJabber is another website weaponising reviews at the expense of small businesses. Their business model is simple, create a space for posting anonymous reviews which are often of defamatory nature and then approach businesses to claim their front storefront and make them pay subscriptions for attempting to salvage their online reputation.
