Site Jabber do not aid scammers
Site Jabber is a great platform to share your reviews with others. The only problem I have is that fake reviews claiming that companies are great are allowed up on the site without having to prove that they are genuine customers. When those fake reviews go up they allow Finvesting to scam other people which is WRONG. Critical reviews are scrutinised My opinion also goes for Trust Pilot.

These guys are blackmailers
I wish I could give -5 starts or 0 stars. These guys are blackmailers. There is no way of handling fake bad reviews on SiteJabber. They will force and blackmail you to buy their premium plans to cope with bad reviews. Even they won't let you take your business listing of the SiteJabber instead they will blackmail you to buy their paid plans.

Sometimes such reviews may still come through but they are thoroughly investigated and resolved. Sitejabber combats fake reviews in a multitude of ways, including using complex algorithms to track the ever-evolving patterns of fake reviews, and deploying a moderation team that spot-checks reviews. While we highlight some awesome features on our paid plans, we do not blackmail anyone to do anything. You can always use Sitejabber at no cost. In the spirit of full transparency, business listings are made available so anyone can research any business.

SCAMMERS | AUS BEWARE
Never work for these guys in Australia. Total scams. American woman by the name of Cresta Pillsbury also goes by the name of Colleen Stevens and her partner JP Diaz. I should have trusted the other guys when they showed me an article on these two 8 years ago scamming the consumer public and sued for 300K+ USD. It's not the Sitejabber platform they are great but these guys say they are from Electric Ecommerce Inc but there is no website, they are NOT registered in ASIC, have no right doing business in AUS. They fired me for standing up for my right. No pay and a single mum of two teenage boys. Covid - yes. We are all doing what we can. I worked for this company for over 15 months and for 8 months of 2020 I was the sole sales rep for them working round the clock with all sorts of hours. At the end of the day. I must say keep your walls up, don't let people in and that way they cannot damage you and take advantage of your frailties. I am still after almost 4 months trying to get them to pay what they owe me. I have never heard someone stand behind their lies soo tightly. It makes me sad. I have a recording of the exit interview where JP Diaz confirms the reason why I was fired and is still gutless to say that they are in the wrong. I have been walked on before and now it is time to stop. The truth will set you free.

Can’t reset password on SiteJabber!
I was trying to post a review on Sitejabber but for got my login password. I chose the “forgot password” feature, but was never emailed a link for a password reset. What’s up with that Sitejabber? Update…and it only took 10 months for Sitejabber to reply to this post…unbelievable!

Scam review site for scam companies.
I left a review for a company that scams so many people out of their hard earned money. Was shocked to see so many positive reviews for the company, as they are known to be fake. Why would SiteJabber allow all of those fake reviews???

They don't care to see if it is a "real" person who leave a review.
It is up to you to write what ever you like on Sitejabber. But they are not willing to take action against fake reviews. You can look up a lot of "positiv" reviews about for example datingsites. On Sitejabbers homeopage they write about giving companies a "fee" for making up stories about their on company. But the truth is that they don't even care and it is every sad because it misleads customers.

They accepted 3 reviews of mine- testing their honesty- and they did post them without any kind of verification- Then i deleted the posts and said good bye to this fiasko reviews Sitejabber - The worst ever
