I had a blocked sewage drain on my drive way, Smart drain UK attended and investigation showed a broken section in the pipes causing the blockage. The engineers were professional and courteous and very quickly resolved the problem with installing a new underground pipe, this was an excellent outcome as i had only recently had a new driveway and was afraid they would have to dig up the newly laid drive way. The staff were very quick and knowledgeable.
i will give them top rating for all their hard work attitude and customer service.

Last year our 50 yr old fibre glass septic tank broke and a replacement was needed. Due to changes in regulations it was decided that a waste water treatment plant needed to be installed.
To cut a long story short the first company to carry out the installation made a complete pigs ear of it, to the point were it had to be ripped out and started again!
The company selected to put this right was, Smart Drain UK and WOW ! what an absolute difference. Their professionalism and expertise far outshone the original company. They carried out a thorough survey involving drainage cameras, dye testing and ground absorbtion tests.
They arrived on site with all the proper equipment and the workmen were polite, courteous and unobtrusive. They installed not only a new waste water treatment plant but also a new drainage field covering 50sqm.
The groundworks have been finished with decorative stone and that area now looks better than it ever did!
Works have now finished and I am pleased to say that we now have a fully operational, fully functional, fully compliant and fully guaranteed drainage system.
The moral of the story is; there are drainage companies, and there are drainage companies. It is important that this sort of thing is done correctly and is fully compliant or it may have an impact on the value of your property.

Smart Drain were appointed by our insurers when we discovered a burst water pipe under our drive. They responded quickly and proposed the use of a'mole' to install a new pipe without digging up our drive. They communicated well, turned up on time, and had installed a temporary water supply within two hours of arrival. The full job itself - installing new underground pipe and reinstating lawn and block paving - was done efficiently, and their team were a pleasure to have on site. We would also especially like to thank their Technical Support Manager for his help through a trying experience. Overall we can't recommend them highly enough.

I'd tried finding someone to clear my blocked drain and all I could find online were odd franchises... Inspiration struck and I headed to facebook for local recommendations. Smart Drain UK was commented multiple times so I called up at 11:30am. By 1:45pm my drain was clear, the tea made for Blaine was drunk and the invoice received and paid. Just brilliant. Super value and exactly what I was quoted on the phone.

Engineers arrived on time, both friendly and explained what they were going to do. The job was carried out and completed in about 2 hours. The area was cleaned up and left how in was found. A very professional business which I would recommend to anyone that has a drain problem.

We couldn’t recommend Smart Drain UK highly enough. Nathan and Dylan were absolutely excellent. When Dylan unfortunately injured his back, Nathan came on his own and worked tirelessly to complete what turned out to be quite an extensive job. He stayed long hours, even in the dark and rain, to make sure everything was done properly.

Survey and repair teams were both great, very communicative and easy to deal with. Survey output was very clear and marked up with potential works required. Probably not the cheapest but reliable and good quality works.

I can only say glowing things about Smart Drainz. Jack came to inspect some pipes blocked up from soap suds and fats. He cleared it in no time, explained the issue and other relevant info but also offered to show me the length of the piping to get a sense of any other issues. He was professional, on-time, nice and excellent communication (both in the issues and fixing them as well as in breaking down costs and any additional ones). We used Smart Drain for a drain survey on a property we have now purchased. We used them again to sort the issue that appeared on the survey. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience, couldn’t fault them and would definitely use them again in the future

its a tad early in the day to have a full experience but what i have seen so far i am pleased with the engineer who came to my house was honest and that in itself was enough to make me feel these people i can trust ( not a feeling i often get ) my problem is as yet not completely solved nor did i expect it to be but i have high hopes that it will be very high hopes
