Very friendly and efficient service. Arrived promptly and carried out all work as agreed.

I was very impressed with the knowledgeable telephone support and the prompt arrangement of an engineer's visit (within 24 hours). Engineer turned up at the appointed time and expertly cleared out the drain and diagnosed the issues. A well deserved five stars.
