Matt came to the property, and quickly identified the issue. The service was quick, friendly and efficient. High pressure jetting got the drain running, and a follow-up camera survey identified the root cause, for further work which may be required.

Call out was speedy, but the drainage problem was too big for them to deal with.
Advised to call out Severn Trent to rectify the issue.

The 2 gents that came out to help were fantastic. They were on time having given me the 30 minutes notice of attendance. The work they did and tried went above and beyond, but we established that the drain was shared and we couldn't contact the neighbours for access.
