Smartfi was recommended to me by a fellow broker. So glad, we connected. First, my AE, Jonathan Ruiz is the absolute best. His knowledge, care and professionalism is superb. What all brokers want and need is fast underwriting and processing g. I have been able to close all my loans with Smartfi within 3-4 weeks. No huge overlays makes the underwriting much simpler. Having the Choice product to offer is a big plus as well.

Turn times were super fast. My account rep Channon was super communicative and helpful. We had clear to close a lot sooner than expected. I would highly recommend using SmartFi for your reverse mortgage needs.

SmartFi is an awesome company
SmartFi is an awesome company. My rep there, Mac, is always available or returns my calls immediately. They are super with non-FHA approved condos and will take a look at any loan. They really want to help and look for ways to make the deal.

The process was exceptionally smooth
The process was exceptionally smooth, from file submission to initial approval, thanks to prompt and clear communication. Even with an appraiser issue, we navigated it efficiently. It was a very pleasant experience, acknowledging that appraiser choice isn't within SmartFi's control.
