I was very nervous at first about getting a reverse mortgage, but Rebecca explained everything and all the counseling made me feel comfortable and knowing that I had made a good decision and I know that I have them to support me throughout this whole process.

Moiz is great!!!
Moiz was extremely helpful and patient with the loan process. He responded in a timely manner and was professional in conveying with what was necessary in order for the loan to close. Highly recommend him and will most definitely be working with him again in the future!

I really appreciate the follow up from the initial contact through every step of the process by our associate. I was able to quickly validate his authenticity from my existing mortgage lender, then the home inspection was very fair and accurate and much less stressful than I thought it would be. In the end our credit went up by about 100 points, freeing up a couple other debts and keeping the equity in our property at a perfect time to do so.
