Ordered a green Makaya stroller and it stated it would be delivered in 2-5 days on the website, it also states delivery will be free. On my receipt I have been charged £4.99 delivery. 6 days after ordering I received an email telling me that the green stroller I ordered was no longer available due to it being damaged in the warehouse and I had the last one, they offered me a refund or to change colour, I agreed to change to a black one as long as it would be delivered the Friday the same day as the green one was due which they said they could do. Friday comes and no stroller, I email to ask where it is and they tell me it is due Saturday maybe Monday I emailed back to tell them my frustration at being mislead on delivery dates and was ignored. I have contacted DPD and they told me that the delivery instructions by smartkids was to only deliver on a weekday so I was lied to AGAIN about delivery timescale. I made them aware I currently have no pram due to donating my other one the day before this one was supposed to be here. I have emailed a second time and have been ignored again. Appauling customer service.

Tried a cheaper pump and was rubbish. Bought this and honestly was a breeze pumping up the tyres, even with the awkward angle. Handy it was small and compact

I ordered a sleigh cot bed with mattress for around £300 using the “no rush” delivery option, happy to wait a couple of weeks. After about a week, delivery was confirmed, only to then be told it was cancelled and out of the courier’s control.

It was bizarre to first confirm delivery, then effectively say the item was out of stock, followed by the courier apparently holding the stock after a van breakdown. When I chased, I was told I was still within the 30-day delivery window, as if I was being early for expecting updates.

Despite multiple chases, I received no clear communication or new delivery date—just repeated reminders about the timeframe. Once the 30 days passed with no contact, I cancelled the order.

I was told the refund would take 5 working days and I’d get confirmation, but again I had to chase as no email was sent.

Overall, the communication was awful and the whole process bizarre. I would avoid. Still waiting for the refund

I ordered a cream blanket off this company, paid for it, then received a message stating no longer in stock but I could have a white one instead, agreed to this. On arrival of the blanket it was a dirty grey colour and inno way white. They were still stating it was WHITE it was not. Anyway they sent a return label for me to return that was in 3.03.26 still waiting for my refund. I would be very wary of using this firm.

Absolutely disgusting service. I will never order from them again. My furniture for my nursery was delivered 6 days late and even on the day of delivery was 2 hours later than the given time slot. They didn’t communicate any of this to me unless I pestered them with emails. I even emailed a few days before the delivery was being sent out to make sure it all runs smoothly and gets delivered correctly etc and it still wasn’t! They only reply when it suits them! I got no explanation as to why it was so delayed! It was such a poor a disappointing service. DO NOT USE. Most their furniture can be found elsewhere but unfortunately I looked that up too late.

I purchased a baby car seat for my daughter in mid May. Web site said it was in stock, then a few days later told delivery was expected end of June. 2nd week of July we chased, to be told they didn't know when it was arriving. Held off for a bit, but 2 weeks ago asked for a refund as baby due date is getting closer. Got told I would have it refunded in 7 days. 2 weeks later, still haven't got my money back

Quick delivery, arrived much quicker than I anticipated or expected due to the delivery timelines given on the website. Arrived the next day and in perfect condition. No issues whatsoever. I would definitely purchase from here again!
